Horrible teaching place . Never Extern here ! They all sit around gossiping They won’t teach u anything. I sat in chair 80 percent of the time and when I complained I wanted to do more they dismissed me because they can’t meet my needs . This place is a joke . The medical assistants are rude too .. nobody wanted to help me when they did it was pure attitude and she made me feel dumb. Literally. They don’t deserve no stars

I sat in with the Dr for less than 2 min. She was very judgmental and I didn’t feel comfortable talking to her because of that. I would ask questions and she would make me feel dumb for asking them. When she used medical terminology I asked what she meant by that, she seemed frustrated when I asked but still didn’t answer my question. I understand she has a lot of patients she has to see but I honestly felt like she rushed my appointment. Won’t be going again.

Dr. Shah himself has always been trusted, but the rest of the staff should be fired. Dr. Shah deserves 5 stars, but the receptionists at the front are always rude and treat patients like they are dumb. Definitely prefer his private office over the fhcn

Dr. Overton on the women side of the clinic is such a bad doctor. I ask her questions that I have and doesn’t even answer my questions, I went in to get an ultrasound done instead of getting amazing news she made me feel horrible saying that “I wasn’t pregnant” “was I sure I was pregnant, she sees nothing but an empty sack, Was I sure I remember who’s the baby is, can sometimes be mental pregnancy, did I feel pregnant” like what omg I was in tears and she would just look at me and talk doctor terminology and wouldn’t make it any better. Mind you I went to FHCN on west and had all my pregnancy test done blood urine test everything came back positive for her to say that. I can’t believe it. Dr. Overton be more of a doctor.

Horrible patient urgency. We have had 2 separate occasions where our baby is in a emergency situation and we call for his pediatrician but he’s out and they refuse to page him to even simply give me a call to see what’s going on. Never taking my baby back to this clinic again.

Dr. Kamboj is a very nice doctor but the receptionist are very rude and should be fired. The receptionist are unprofesional and have the worst customer service I've ever seen. They have no high standards for good service, it's a shame when it's in a doctor's office.

Imagine a doctor laughing at a patient regarding their medical concerns. This place is an absolute joke. Dr. Overton, you are the most unprofessional, uncaring doctor I have ever heard of. Just because you have a medical license doesn't mean you know what's going on in someone's body. Next time instead of laughing at your patient and making assumptions, perhaps try doing your job, listen to your patient, and provide care instead of making your patients cry.

Every time I call to schedule or for any questions the representative are very rude or they sigh so loudly while asking you a question and being rude like if you really hate your job why work for health care.?

Horrible health service have you wait for no reason even when it's not busy

Dr. Wells is really great. She was very professional and made you feel comfortable during the exam. Also the assistant was very nice and welcoming. I would definitely go again.

The call center are idiots, they have no idea what times the lab are open/closed, they gave me the wrong time and when I went it was already closed. The medical assistants don’t have a clue. The call center and medical assistants contradict eachother. It’s appalling how people can be so bad at their job, when sick people depend on them

I went in to take care of some serious concerns I’ve been struggling with and has affected my everyday life having to trust a doctor that doesn’t acknowledge your concerns or what your going threw is extremely disappointing for me to have to deal with a doctor that wastes your time and doesn’t put your health first Dr. Mohamed M.D Seoudi wasn’t the doctor for me didn’t take care of my concerns seemed more in a rush to get to the next appointment when theres people that trust doctors like you just so nothing can be done your lack of service to me to the clinic please do better with the providers you choose for the people

Unless you want to leave crying and frustrated for being laughed at and not taken seriously for possible medical issues by Dr katherine overton I highly suggest being seen by someone else I went in with concerns of possible ectopic pregnancy and left crying due to unprofessionalism and lack of empathy laughed at a suggested that I probably just regret my tubal ligation which was not the case she is one of the worse women Dr's I have ever been to

Horrible experience here. Came here for my wife's first OBGYN and we had to wait 2 hours to be attended by Dr. Overturn. She spent a total of maybe 4 minutes with us and refused to look at paperwork she needed to sign for my paternity leave. Then I come in on Monday Morning and get a male Doctor and when I asked if he could sign my do umentation for paternity leave he said "I can't sign this, because you want a vacation". Like dude this is my first child, childcare after birth is not a vacation. How a family doctor even says that is beyond me. We then went to the clinic in Visalia and literally in a matter of 2 minutes after talking to a health educator there, she filled out the form and responded that she understands this form needs to be filled out so I dont get fired from my job for taking a leave to be with my wife and newborn. How a health educator is more well educated than someone who went to medical school is beyond me. I wouldnt come to this clinic if my life was ending. Hard pass.

If I could give zero stars I would. Receptionists are unprofessional and stupid. Requiring unneeded authorization’s to see a doctor for my child. Not to mention earlier this year when they actively ignored an important doctors note for my child’s health. Don’t come here if you can avoid it. Craptacular service negative 5 stars.

Family health care was freaking terrible. Took about 35 mins to get called just to do vitals. Then got told there was no rooms. Had to wait another 25 mins. Got called to the back waited another 20, doctor just taking her time, come into the room patients give offs kind of rude attuide. then have to wait for another 15 mins just for some paper to be cleared., BS do not recommend this place at all. THEY TAKE A LONG TIME JUST FOR APPTS.

In 30 years I didn't know about very inhuman attention to the pain of others. The doctor didn't even examine me and gave me antibiotics to which I am allergic, horrible experience.
