I can't say enough good things about this office since my family started with them this summer. They have been so easy to work with. They are incredibly personable, putting everyone at ease from the 3 year old and up. They are so much more knowledgeable about insurance and billing than our last dental office. I love their waitlist process which texts you automatically about openings and helped us get our 2 teens in a month+ earlier. And then, on this past Sun night (at 39 weeks pregnant) I broke an old veneer on my front tooth. I left them a VM, and they squeezed me in for an asap consult. And then they worked behind the scenes and called me back same day to get 'er done!! Its a temp repair. I'll have a crown put on soon. But this will get me through photos with our soon-to-be newborn baby girl!! No more snaggle-tooth mama!!

Dr. Thompson, Sherri and staff are extremely friendly and professional while creating a comfortable atmosphere/appointment. I appreciate their willingness to answer all my many questions and their honesty. They also make all procedures as painless as possible, as well. Dental appointments are not something I ever look forward to but Dr. Thompson and his team make it not so dreadful or scary as many other dental experiences usually can be. My family and I are so grateful we found a dental practice we can trust and actually like.

I am not a big fan of dentist. I had to get in to address a issue. My wife got me in and all I can say it this place is the best. Dr Thompson is very nice and understanding and takes his time with you. He has such a great talent for making the patient feel relaxed. The ladies at the front desk were so nice and courteous. This is the best dentist I have been to. If you need a place to go and feel relaxed and get treated very well this is the place to go to.

This place is great! The staff, hygienists, and Dr. Thompson are all welcoming and very professional and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable during the replacement of an old crown. I love the result! My appointment lasted a little less than 2 hours and I walked out with a new crown that looks perfect and feels great. No adjustments needed!

Dr Thompson and his staff are awesome. They are professional and yet personable. I have never had a dentist who has done such an outstanding job.

Hands down the best dentist in Overland Park! The front desk staff are so kind and pleasant, the office is clean, and doctor Thompson is the best! He does a great job at making you feel at ease and explaining whatever is going on. Would recommend him to anyone!

We actually look forward to going to the dentist! Dr. Thompson and staff are second to none. We love them ALL starting with Sheri and Jenay at the front front desk. My family and friends feel the exact same way! It’s always an enjoyable experience, but most importantly, Dr. Thompson is passionate about what he does. He is a perfectionist! His great personality is sure to always put a smile on your face and put you at ease. If you are lucky, he may even hum a song or two while working on you :) We feel very fortunate and thankful to be in his care🤗
