Made a appointment with Brianna ,I arrive to my appointment and she isn't there after waiting a hr I finally get a response from her saying she forgot she was off that day and forgot to call me! I say ok so can u get me in next week she responded 2 days later after me asking are u gonna respond and she said yes but then couldn't fit me in her busy schedule,after she missed my appointment not only could I not get my hair cut before going on my trip but also waisted my gas driving a hr for my appointment and she never tried to fix the problem !!!! Very bad customer service,all I got was I'm sorry and she was pregnant and she is fully booked now...Then she never responded to my other messages ..Never been thru so much to get my hair cut! This is only about my experience with her not any other employees or the company! But she was very inconsiderate and very unprofessional!

First visit was yesterday Aug 25, 2022. Very welcoming atmosphere and Madelyn did an Awesome job with my hair! I will definitely be visiting Madelyn again and again!!!

CASEY IS AMAZING!!!! I recieved a chop job at another location and needed it fixed IMMEDIATELY. Casey not only fixed it, but I ended up with a better haircut than i orginally expected!! I will ABSOLUTELY return to her when I need anything hair related done.

Ashley has been my go to for the past few years from sneaking me in on my wedding day to get a color done, to all around taking me down a journey of self confidence with my hair and our in depth shop talk. I adore this salon! Everyone is so welcoming! I've went to Nichole to have my hair done, with them, for over 13 years. She hands down gives me the best hair cut I've ever had! My hair is so thick and heavy, and Nichole is a perfectionist in ensuring that it's properly thinned and flattering. Her coloring is on point as well. She's fantastic at helping me get the color I'm looking for. I always leave loving my hair. I recommend this salon to all my friends and family. If you're looking for a place to go, Martin & Co is absolutely worth trying! You won't regret it!

Love this salon! Always kind and professional and willing to do anything to help you out. I know a lot of the Stylist personally and can tell you not to pay any attention to Karen reviews that disparage this business because even Jesus himself couldn't please some people and some are not happy unless they have complained about everything even if they have to make up things.

Lexi Trivette colored the tips of my granddaughters hair and was really wonderful with her and it looks awesome . Maggie loves it .

Great atmosphere and awesome customer service. Will be back.
