I
entered
south
of
Philly
for
lunch
on
Saturday..
walking
in
my
friend
and
I
saw
that
it
was
extremely
busy
in
the
dining
room.
A
swim
team
and
all
their
families
were
in
the,process
of
giving
their
orders.
A
woman
named
brooke
greeted
me
and
immediately
informed
me
it
was
going
to
be
a
decent
wait
time.
She
was
very
polite
so
we
decided
to
stay
and
wait
it
out
(let's
face
it,
in
previous
experiences
its
been
worth
the
wait!)
Upon
the
arrival
of,our
order,
which
we
wanted
to
eat
in
however
ultimately
ended
up
taking
to
go,
we
noticed
an
Asian
man
working
in
the
kitchen
who
was
throwing
things,
slamming
things,
cursing
and
at
one
point
even
caught
an
attitude
with
another
customer
in
front
of
us
and
was
very
dismissive.
I
have
worked
in
the
service
industry
for
upwards
of
10
years
and
i
can
say
I
was
appalled
at
his
behavior
toward
others.
He
radiates
negativity.
This
really
put
a
damper
on
the
entire
environment
which
was
why
we
decided
to
change
to
take
out.
Luckily
there
are
other
members
of
the
staff
who
go
above
and
beyond
to
make
up
for
any
shortcomings
due
to
one
person's
bad
attitude.
We
spoke
with
the
manager
Mary
who
was
more
than
apologetic
about
the
unfortunate
experience.
Overall,
the
food
was
great
as
always
and
the
few
members
of
the
team
who
are
self-aware
and
properly
trained
in
handling
stressful
situations
with
excellent
customer
service
skills
are
what
keep
us
coming
back.
You
guys
are
fantastic!
