Arguably
one
of,
if
not
the
best
sushi
place
in
Raleigh/Durham.
Had
I
not
heard
about
it,
I
would
have
never
walked
in.
No
offence
to
them
but
they
took
over
what
was
previously
a
Subway
that
is
actually
connected
to
a
gas
station.
They
don’t
serve
alcohol
(at
least
not
yet),
so
you
walk
through
their
door
into
the
gas
station
and
buy
your
beers
there…$3
a
22oz
Heineken!?
Their
fish
is
the
freshest
and
highest
quality
I
have
had
in
many
moons.
You
can
taste
each
ingredient,
versus
the
burrito
sushi
rolls
we
are
all
accustomed
to
where
the
rolls
have
an
overall
flavor
but
you’d
never
really
be
able
to
speak
to
its
parts.
You
can
get
all
the
classics
but
also
a
number
of
unique
concoctions
that
will
not
disappoint.
The
pictures
should
tell
you
all
you
need
to
know.
They
serve
real
wasabi
which
I
have
only
encountered
a
handful
of
times
in
my
life
and
when
I
did,
you
paid
extra
for
it.
As
a
note,
99%
of
sushi
places
serve
dyed
white
horseradish
opposed
true
green
Japanese
horseradish.
Japanese
horseradish
is
less
nasal,
being
more
smooth
and
complex
in
flavor.
In
any
event,
their
dining
room
is
small,
so
you
may
have
to
wait,
especially
as
the
word
continues
to
get
out,
so
you
may
want
to
call
ahead.
Lastly,
the
staff
were
very
kind
and
engaging.
I’ll
be
back
and
very
soon!
