Some of the Best pizza on long Island No seats No tables just Great wood fired pizza! The owner is one of the Kindest people you'll meet! Haven't had a bad pie from them, I travel atleast 35 mins for Pizza and is worth every Minute in traffic!

Vincent’s Pizza Trailer was an absolute pleasure to work with. My new husband and I used them for our post wedding celebration on June 17, 2023. Vincent, the owner, answered all of my phone calls, was patient, helpful, and so nice throughout them entire process. The pizza was DELICIOUS. All of guests raved about how good it was. The Caesar salad and Italian ices were excellent. The prices are unbeatable as I researched several companies. The setup and service was flawless. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Vincent’s Pizza Trailer. They are the BEST AND MOST ENJOYABLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH!!

We hosted an event today with about 250 people and Vincent's did not disappoint. All of our guests were raving about the pizza and the staff was on point. Will definitely be using Vincent's again. Great job guys!

Ordered 3 pies while our son was playing soccer inside the gym. After soccer practice was over, we picked up our pies and enjoyed them at home. We ordered one Margherita, one clam and one Staten Island. They all tasted really good. Crust was nice and thin and crispy. Plenty of toppings. A really solid pie.

I find it cool how they are not an actually store but a food truck! I’ve never been here before, but after seeing it, I had to see what it was about! The staff here are excellent. And I mean it! They are very kind. This place is awesome! Your pizza gets cooked over a fire. Tastes amazing. The girl taking my order is very friendly and the guy making the pizza loves his job! Highly recommend this place.

We used their food truck services for our Member Appreciation Day for the Town of Hempstead's CSEA Local 880 workforce. Their staff, service, and pizza was nothing but "excellent". Highly recommend them, and I'm glad we have now found a food truck we will hire every year for our events.

I’ve done the “One Bite” tour around Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island—I’ve gone to the hole-in-the-wall word-of-mouthers, too. Vincent’s Pizza Truck is undoubtedly up there with the best of them. The plain pie is perfectly dressed; the crust, thoughtfully caramelized with the right hint of char. Expect a crisp bite with great chew and the right balance of sauce to cheese to top a pie as thin as these. Do not skip out on an opportunity to eat here. The staff is always friendly and well-spirited, really rounding out the experience as a whole.

I used Vincents for my baby shower yesterday and they were absolutely amazing. Service was outstanding, the pizza, pasta, salad, garlic knots and Italian ices were phenomenal and planning for my party couldn’t have been easier. The staff was so nice and accommodating. Highly recommend and cannot wait to use them again in the future.

I rented Vincent’s pizza trailer for my husband’s surprise 40th birthday! WHAT A HIT! Everyone was raving about how amazing the pizza was and the set up was awesome, with the speakers and tables. Honestly, it was the best investment! You won’t be disappointed! Plus, Vincent and his wife are amazing to work with and gave our kids a tour of the trailer!! I will 100 percent be using them in the future!

We had them at a 40th birthday party. They were both fantastic. The pizza was so good with so many different varieties. He was also willing to make whatever you wanted. Then at the end they gave out Italian ices. They were friendly and so easy to talk to.
