Great vibe and large list of menu items. Fast service. The waffle was fantastic, the breakfast sandwich was so so as the egg's were scorched, over done and eggshells. That sandwich shouldn't have left the kitchen. A great place doesn't mess up eggs that bad.

So this place was pretty busy to my surprise. Alot bigger than I expected as well though. Nice place. I went for the plant based options. There was a big line and just one person ringing up, though there was a self order kiosk that wasn't being used at first either. Anyway the kiosk works well and my order came out just the way I rfered it. Only I made a mistake. But when I alerted the waitress she took care of it right away. Extremely helpful and kind so I appreciate that. I got the Vegan chicken Dijon panini and it was pretty good. The Dijon sauce was nice and it was also a bit creamy. The overall it tasted pretty good. Could be a bit bigger but with a side its not bad. Speaking of there is the option of kettle chips or a spicy cucumber salad. Basically because I would ordinarily get chips I figured I would try something new that I hadn't seen before. It wasn't terrible but it was a small amount and it just wasn't that good I guess I should have stuck to the kettle chips okay. But I'm sure it was much healthier so that's good. My friend got one of their drinks the cacao and it was very rich. So I like that they have a decent amount of vegan options however I feel like they could always expand and improve those options. But as of now they have some options and since I'm new to this place I I'm very excited to try the other plant-based offerings. Oh and my friend also got the Vegan egg sandwich and it was creamy and delicious. She had it on a bagel I don't know if you choose I assume so. Overall it's a well-decorated place much bigger than I expected and the very minimal interaction I've had with staff and so far has been very pleasant. Of course there is some things that it could do better. Can't wait to try more! OH yeah the soup was absolutely amazing as well!

The ingredients are so gross, no flavor at all. Barely any spinach in my sandwich, the cucumber salad was so soggy and old tasting. They add lettuce on the bottom of the salad bowl so it looks healthier but they are trying to be cheap.i would expect so much flavor and creativity with veggie type of restaurant! I’m never ordering again. I can make better at home. Oh yes the bread was super soggy from the pickles (barely flavored).

Went to this restaurant on 1/15/23 as a birthday treat on the recommendation of my sister in law. Had a great vibe when you walked in. Ordered the Kicken Cauliflower salad which she strongly recommended and added on the short rib. Portion was large and the salad was so good that both of our plates were clean when we were done. Spicy and delicious. They also have natural juices and very healthy options. Highly recommend and will be bringing back my family to try it out.

Came here for a quick bite, glad to see our orders came out quickly. They were also nicely sized, we felt full after finishing. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options but also meat if you want! We got 2 salads and a vegetarian BLT. They also have lots of drinks and snack items. Overall it's a 5/5 because it does the whole crunchy cafe thing perfectly.

This place is pretty impressive overall. The food was spot on, clean, fresh, and creative. I got the Boston hip vibe instantly.

It is tough to make healthy food taste delicious, but this eatery has done it! My wife and I have been here a few times and we always feel nourished after eating. They have countless offerings from breakfast sandwiches, salads and wraps to juices, smoothies and coffee. We are both major fans of the Kale Caesar Salad. My wife loves the Mean Green fresh pressed juice while I prefer the Strawberry Banana smoothie with peanut butter. The owners have done a phenomenal job with this space. My most recent visit was today 01/10/2023 and I had the Chicken Caesar Wrap with a smoothie and, as always, I was very satisfied. ATMOSPHERE: Modern and artsy meets urban and rustic. This place has it all. The live plants scattered throughout add such a beautiful touch of nature while the urban wall art adds the city flare. I give major kudos to the decorator of this establishment! The outside isn’t very special, but it could be because it’s a shared space with other businesses. FOOD: NU Kitchen has really mastered making healthy and delicious meals. I truly appreciate their creativity with the groupings of ingredients in some of their meals. As I mentioned earlier, the Kale Caesar salad is awesome. I love their breakfast sandwiches as well. It tastes as if everything is prepared fresh and same day. STAFF: The staff is very welcoming and friendly. There is no dedicated waiter/waitress but there are a few staff members that drop the food off. The ones taking the orders at the front have always been very kind.

Great cafe style food and ambience. Plentiful seating in a pretty older building, with ample parking to boot. Counter service was efficient. Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower salad was fantastic! Tomato bisque tasted strangely of canned vegetable soup, wasn't my favorite. Hoping to return to try the breakfast and smoothie menu.

has to be one of the best cafes in Worcestor MA Area. Honestly no place beats the ambiance of this place. Lattes are extraordinarily good. I highly recommend the Milky Way latte overall 10 out of 10 would come here again.

Pay 6 bucks for soup and they can't even be bothered to fill the container. This picture is how I received it, I hadn't eaten any yet. Their food is good but really, they consider this acceptable? Sad how little pride people have in their work now. If someone orders soup, fill the bowl.

I live down the street and have loved their breakfast sandwiches - particularly the short rib torts and the Goat Avocado. Today I came to pick up my takeout and the coffee smelled particularly good so I decided I’d try some. I moved from Western MA recently and I’m somewhat particular - I like acidic coffees! I asked the girl at the counter for a recommendation and she politely gave me a sample - best hot coffee in Worcester!

Great intimate coffee shop in Worcester with an extensive menu of healthy food. Probably my favorite place for a meeting or to get some work done. Get the chipotle avocado lime bowl you will not be disappointed!!

I love their chai latte. The chipotle bowl was very good and their sweet potato panini was delicious.

I was so excited to try NU Kitchen for the first time today! I am rating this one star because I specifically asked for vegan bacon on my wrap but when I got back to work and opened it, it had real bacon. I was certainly upset because I wasn’t able to eat that wrap and feel as though I wasted money. I want to rate this place higher because the beyond burger and cold pressed juice I got was really good. I personally just can’t look past this mistake, especially because I almost took a bite. The only thing that stopped me was that the smell of the bacon was so strong.

My daughter and I both ordered the chorizo, sweet potato hash. I also got strawberry lemonade smoothie. She ended up getting a honey nut latte. Everything was fantastic and the food was served quickly the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere we really enjoyed. if you’re looking for a healthy but tasty, this is the place to go! I will definitely be coming back here.

This was my second time here and most likely my last. The food is just super mediocre. Spent $25 got a latte (which was delicious) a vegan BLT and a rosemary blueberry scone. The scone was kind of dense but had good flavor but the BLT was quite a disappointment. The avocado was barely cut and a big chunk fell out of the sandwich. They use lightlife bacon which is in my opinion the cheapest option they could have used. The mayo tasted terrible and the sandwich basically fell apart. I added chips in it just so I could eat it and not waste it. Overall just not impressed and the place is kind of dingy. The staff was lovely though!

Busy at lunchtime, but for good reason! Tasty food, friendly service, nice ambience. We didn't have any issues but for the woman who slipped and fell with a full smoothie - watching the staff's response was great. They were very on top of it. Will be back for sure!

Great atmosphere. Wish the food was better. The drinks are good but the food has been very average. Ingredients are fresh, just not terribly flavorful. This was our second time there (party of 6, then party of 4). All in the party felt the same. Great drinks. Mediocre food. Great atmosphere. Service got a 3 cause everyone’s food came out at different times with one coming when all others were finished.

Such an awesome place with great food and some sweet plants hanging up. The staff is so friendly, kind, and helpful. The food is priced well for it being one of the healthiest options in all of Worcester. I love this place and go here at least once a week. 12 out of 10 would recommend.

Cold brew tasted kinda sour 😅... Got it switched out for a regular coffee which was good and more my speed. Ordered a Buddha bowl and it was delicious

I've never seen this place empty, always bustling with people and service is friendly and fast considering they make real food. Definitely on the pricey side but I always feel happy and healthy after whatever I eat or drink from here. I recommend Nu for a cafe to meet friends or get some work or studying done

Most of the food is over 5 stars. However, they incinerate their eggs on breakfast sandwiches and do not provide a sauce option (so overcooked eggs make the sandwiches very dry). They also didn't fill my husband's latte all the way the other day--a good 1/4 to 1/3 was missing (and it was expensive!). Overall we love it here but they need to make improvements, especially with what they charge.

Ambiance is great. Cool, artsy, not too loud. Great study place for a peace of mind. I like to food options and pricing but it was too spicy for me and my friend. I went there two times and I loved it both times. I would come here again. Ample free parking on-site. Burgers, wraps, salads, coffee..

A must-stop for Smoothies and really fresh salads and sandwiches. I had the Health Nut Smoothie, my daughter had a steak salad. Lunch meal so good we came back two more times!

I ordered take out. I had the vegan Buffalo chicken wrap and the Tropical Smoothie. My opinion: the wrap was overall good but the chickpeas were hard (not sure if they were supposed to be roasted) but they were so hard it wasn’t fun to eat. The tofu was really soggy. I feel like they could have grilled it (if they did it could have been a little more). Overall It was good! I’m definitely coming back to try more stuff. The smoothie was delicious!

I go here once or twice a week to get some work done. The food has been great every single time, and they bring the food right over to your table which is nice. Their americano is delicious, and the staff is very friendly. They also have staff just dedicated to going around and cleaning which is not always common.
