Great facilities, really nice staff, haven't used the personal trainers but they seem really involved. They have classes all the time and they are tough but lots of fun. Certainly more on the expensive side compared to other gyms but this place has everything you could want and doesn't get too crowded EDIT TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: they have been doing multiple updates to the facilities that are much appreciated but no changes in current prices to the current clients. We are expected to pay full price with less availability than the day before. Still one of the best gyms around but this oversite is leaving a sour taste in my mouth.

Has every machine you need aswell as a great amount of dumbbells benches and plates to use. The ambiance is fantastic and the environment is very friendly and supportive. Very clean great variety of restroom appliances and good lighting for pictures. The Gym is fantastic!

This is the gym that has it's member's best interests at heart. I recently was working out at the gym and had a dizzy spell. The staff ensured that I was safe, hydrated & stayed with me. They phoned an EMS to ensure my vital signs were good. In the end, it was a bad sinus infection. The staff even phoned me after several days to ensure I was fine. I took a week off & will be returning to the gym. The equipment is great, the gym is VERY clean and the staff is friendly & kind.

I cannot say enough positive things about the gym. From the exceptional trainers, the cleanliness and the amazing classes, it truly is my home away from home. Whether you are working out in a class, or on the training floor, all the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Prior to 2020, I never took group fitness classes, mainly because i did not know anyone and was nervous, however, i can confidently say that these classes have changed my life. Every instructor makes you feel comfortable and like you belong. The variety of classes offered from Pilates to HIIT are all incredible and the connections you make with the other members are irreplaceable. When you join the gym, do yourself a favor and try everything! Try your sessions with a personal trainer, try out different group fitness classes and definitely try out the sauna and showers! Self-care is a necessity and you will definitely be taken care of there.

Phenomenal gym, only two downsides is that it isnt 24 hour and the price is a little bit on the higher side. At the end of the day though, if you’re looking for the quality experience and can afford it, this is the place to be. Variety of equipment, steam rooms, and some of the best showers at a gym facility. You can even grab a protein shake after your workout.

Dance fitness (Zumba) class with Nancy is always awesome! Just joined the gym and still need to become familiar with all services. That said, one of the best things is the hours of operation which suit my crazy schedule.

Went here only for a trainer i know that used to work here. Terrible location, parking issues, small gym and issues with charging credit card. I canceled my membership MONTHS ago and they have charged me out of No WHERE. NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB.

With no classes and a convenient location this gym has the recipe for success as a budget (non 24hr) gym in the neighborhood. The reality is that after JohnSF bought this Snap Fitness franchise from Kyle, it started looking a lot better on the surface, but running a lot worse when you experience it. Broken machines, dirty bathrooms, security problems and overcrowding are a few of the issues. Members are forced to pay an annual "decorating fee" which is a not a joke. Membership cancellation is also a hassle, which seems to be a common problem among many gyms nowadays, not just this one. JohnSF appears to be an angry person, who I have personally seen getting into it with clients - he should not be working in this industry, a loaded gun ready to go off - its just a matter of time before something bad happens while this loaded weapon is around. He is better suited to being a bouncer at a Jersey Shore bar, not running a gym in Ridgefield NJ. I do not have any first-hand knowledge of steroids being used here. I really hope that someone reads this before a serious act takes place and someone is hurt, and this is not just a post-incident anecdote which the media points to and asks "why didn't someone say something?" Horrible customer service and rude owner. Continued to double charge my credit card for several months, and ignored my calls to resolve the issue. When I disputed the duplicate charges with the credit card, he terminated my membership. Not worth the premium to begin with, but with that kind of treatment, I would rather take my money elsewhere.

The service here is incredible. Although I am 1 face of many, it feels like family here. The class instructors are a first name basis with regulars. I always get excellent advice when I ask questions. They dont try to sell you on class or upgrades. A great laid back feel.

I can say that it is the best gym around here in Bergen county. I have been a member since 2011 and enjoyed every minute working out here. I was referred by a friend and now I have a community of friends that I see on a daily basis. My gym community is important to me because they embrace me and hold me accountable to show everyday for myself. We take classes together and encourage each other to try new techniques and go heavier in certain situations (lol). They are probably the only staff to greet and thank every single member to walk in and out their door. The GYM’s music playlist is fire, there is a variety of fitness equipment to use and the shakes are excellent. My only suggestion is to replace the calisthenics area located outside with a basketball court or swimming pool.

This place is amazing, restrooms are a dream, the place is super clean and has everything to make your workout perfect. Even when is crowded it doesn’t look full if people, you have everything to do there. Staff is super nice! It’s a lit bit more expensive than other places but I guess is because they don’t have competition in englewood so is the only gym that this town has. I really like it. I recommended 100 I when for 3 months and then I stopped because it was unsustainable keep paying that for me.

A very long review (for the detail-oriented): I've been a member for almost 6 months - The Gym is an excellent upscale gym to be a member of. Everywhere is kept very clean and dust-free, including the equipment. There is someone cleaning at all times. The cardio machines, weight machines and free weights are top of the line and in great condition. All the gym floor areas are organized in a way that makes sense. Everything everywhere is always stocked (towels, spray bottles, wipes, etc.) when members need them. The additional amenities are also a plus. The locker room is kept pristine. The sauna and steam rooms are possibly my favorite amenities. I've only taken a yoga and pilates class, however both were fantastic with knowledgable instructors giving just the right energy. I haven't had personal training, but the trainers seem to also be knowledgeable, professional, and show a certain element of care with their clients - just from observation. The staff is extremely attentive. I'm kind, but overall, I'm not a friendly person. The staff is SO friendly, it has forced me to be slightly more friendly every time I come. All in all, I definitely would recommend.

My wife and I have been members at Snap Fitness for one and a half years and its been a positive experience. The gym is always clean, towels are always available, fridge always has bottled water along with other protein snacks, and "Free" apples & bananas after your workout. Equipment meets any kind of weight lifting on all levels. I lift heavy weight and the machines are always functional & safe. We enjoy all the cardio machines and the designated area desgned for yoga stretching, planks, and aerobic warm up. Facility comes with a speed bag which makes Snap Fitness a complete gym and my workouts rewarding each and every time. John is a gentleman with total class. His laser focus with staff and gym members are very much noticed and appreciated. Keep up the great work and attention to detail. God Bless....

John, the owner is a very nice man and is very attentive to the needs of his members. Very safe gym with security cameras and fob keys for entry on non staffed hours. Gym is open from 4am to midnight. Great assortment of free weights and treadmills and machines. I definitely would recommend to anyone.

Signed up for this gym as an auxiliary gym to use when I’m not near an Equniox. This place is absolutely disgusting. The gym equipment is dirty and totally outdated and the bathrooms are always so dirty (I usually come in the evening) The gym also smells like a boys locker room. This is not a bad gym, in fact it's rather nice. It's clean, well kept, and the staff is friendly. Also, there's no contract which is a major plus. But sadly, as one reviewer mentioned, it is too small. I suppose that's relative. There's only 2 bars, 1 flat bench (not including the smith machine), and one set of dumbbell weight. If there's even a few people in the gym, it starts to get a bit packed. I had one guy who didn't seem to have a good grasp of English hog the lat pulldown machine (texting between sets sitting on the bench) and the 2 free bars in use by 2 people, while simultaneously having the 25 lb dumbbells in use by a third. Very small gym, try it out for yourself.

The ammeenties were exactly what I was looking for. Moved here from MD and was worried I would never find a clean and bright facility. The employees are all very friendly. This is a fantastic gym I love coming here very professional and gives off an energy that the gym actually cares about their members. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family 10/10

You can’t find a gym that’s higher quality than THE GYM! Machines and sauna are great, shakes are delicious, and the trainers and staff are top notch. If you're on the fence about getting a membership, just dive right in and get one, you won’t regret it!
