The manager of the health center is skilled and responsive. Generally speaking, the people who work there are skilled and empathetic, but I have probably never had to deal with such a rude, incompetent person as the nurse in question. I myself work in healthcare and I would have gone completely insane if I knew that a colleague spoke like that to patients and made such mistakes in his professional practice. It is completely insane that someone with such low competence is allowed to be "first line" and the one who decides whether a patient's case is a priority. ------------------------ Original text: Best medical center I've had so far. Writing this review to above all give Dr Bjerså a compliment for being one of the most competent doctors I have met, I am deeply impressed by his combination of knowledge and empathy. Even the nurses I have met have been fantastic and have always been treated well. One minus star is because all healthcare operations have to struggle with tight finances, which of course shows. But regardless, a good place where I enjoy myself and don't see myself changing.

    I was registered here for many years and that was great as long as I didn't have anything I needed to see anyone. It was nearly impossible to get a time. I would recommend anywhere rather than here if you ever want treatment!

    The worse Vårdcentralen you can end up. Bad service, communication& reception. I will gladly change to any other vårdcentralen than this one!

    Came to doctor Roganovic with some serious problems for my healt , he was amazing , nice talking and after couple tests on my body and mind gave me reasuring and diagnose that if working perfectly .

    It's high and low here.. Dr. Celaya Pi is truly gold. She is so talented and responsive🌟 Unfortunately, I have the same experience as many others regarding telephone contact on several occasions with an unpleasant woman named Susanne (can you write the name?). Got an incredibly unprofessional and personally insulting answer when I myself was nice and matter-of-fact. I suspect that it is the same "older woman" that many other reviewers have had a bad experience with.

    Badly! The worst treatment by healthcare personnel that can be found. Rude and condescending. I intend to regroup and take the downside of having to travel a little further if necessary.

    Spring härifrån! Byt vårdcentral vad ni än gör gå bara inte hit! Inkompetenta är bara förnamnet. Att vissa personer där får kalla sig läkare är skrattretande. Efter anmälan till Pantientsnännden får man endast som svar "Att rutinerna ska ses över". Jag förstår att det inte kan vara lätt att ge rätt diagnos alltid, men att skicka personer på röntgen till ett sjukhus som inte ens har den röntgenmaskinen tar fan priset. Hur inkompent får man lov att vara?!?! Slappt bemötande, läkare som lovar att ringa upp men sen inte gör det. (I det här fallet fick en bekant reda på att läkaren hade tagit 10 veckors semester, men hade lovat att ringa veckan efter). Listan kan göras lång.

    Called to make an appointment because I suspect I got a parasite abroad. Both 1177 and local residents where we were abroad asked me to seek medical care as it was common to have parasites there. The answer I get from the operator was "call me if it gets worse". Parasites are obliged to trace infections and do not think FHM is very happy with your response.

    Vid flera tillfällen har man blivit dåligt bemött av telefonpersonalen där man inte känner sig hörd eller får den hjälpen som man ber om. Det första var när jag sökte hjälp hos psykolog, men då jag inte ville gå in på detaljer varför (sa att jag mådde dåligt och hade svårt att sova) så blev jag nekad hjälpen jag bad om med riktigt dålig ton. "Om du är suicid kan du ringa vårt akutnummer" var svaret jag fick. Nu har jag bytt vårdcentral och vill föra över min journal så att min nuvarande vårdcentral kan ta del av min medicinska historia. Detta ville dem inte hjälpa till med, utan åmar istället om att vi inte kan fixa systemet och att jag måste åka dit för att få journalen i handen för att sedan lämna den till min läkare. Under all kritik. Jag vill bli bemött som människa när jag söker hjälp.

    Jag skulle aldrig rekommendera denna vårdcentral. Men allting beror på vilken receptionist du talar med när du vill boka tid eller ha rådgivning. Det finns en äldre kvinna som jag talat med flertalet gånger och VARJE gång nekar hon mig hjälp. Jag hade sökt för magbesvär i 3 månaders tid och varje gång jag ringde så hittade hon på nya ursäkter för att jag inte kunde få vård hos dem. Antingen var det tidsbrist, scheman som inte gick ihop, eller så var jag inte tillräckligt dålig och blev tillsagd att försöka ”göra något själv” åt saken. Och det var endast gångerna jag kontaktat dem pga magkatarr/magsår. Sen finns det andra receptionister som är tillmötesgående och hjälper en med sina problem men då får man ha tur om det är någon annan än den äldre kvinnan som svarar. Läkaren är också helt väck, gick dit för mitt hjärtproblem som jag haft sedan jag hade Corona 2020 och vi hade bokat in en helundersökning men han lyssnade endast på mitt hjärta och sa ”allt är bra” men skrev ändå ut blodförtunnande pga min ”oro” för hjärtat. Skrev till hjärtmottagningen på Sahlgrenska istället och de tog mig på största allvar och fick en tid där istället, eftersom att läkaren på Majorna vårdcentral inte ville hjälpa mig mer än att bara skriva ut tabletter utan att ens berätta hur jag ska ta dem, biverkningar etc. Majorna vårdcentral är ett stort skämt och jag kommer försöka att lista mig någon annanstans framöver. Wrote to the heart clinic at Sahlgrenska instead and they took me very seriously and got an appointment there instead, because the doctor at Majorna care center didn't want to help me more than just prescribing tablets without even telling me how to take them, side effects, etc. Majorna care center is a big joke and I will try to list myself elsewhere in the future. You don't get good "free" care here!

    Had a fever and cough for a few days and no improvement. Called the VC, got a call, got to come the same day in an emergency appointment, got to see a friendly doctor who examined me and prescribed medicine. Very pleased! Didn't think it could be so smooth.
