I put 1 star because it won't let me put 0. Today, Friday, 12/15/2023 at 2:50 p.m., I went with my friend to get a takeaway coffee and they treated us very badly. He hasn't said hello or goodbye to us. On top of that, he gave us a very bad look. We asked him for a black coffee and he made us a long coffee with a lot of water. And when I asked him to make it normal, a black coffee (medium-short load) I don't know, a normal black coffee. He spoke badly to me, telling me that this is an espresso while I was snorting (an expresso is a very short black coffee). In addition, my friend ordered a coffee with milk and they put cold milk in it (understanding that if they don't tell you they put at least warm or hot milk). At all times he has made us feel very uncomfortable, and with very bad faces. We have talked about this issue of the 365 staff with other colleagues and they have the same experiences with this store. Honestly, we work in front of the public in another cafeteria and we have never treated nor have we been treated so badly. We will not return.
