I have stayed here multiple time during my visit to Tetovo, Macedonia. This seems to be the best hotel in Tetovo. Each time I find the staff very helpful and cooperative. Service is good, rooms are clean and spacious, food at the restaurants are good. I need to mention specially one waiter at the restaurant Malabana named Mentor who is always helpful. Each time I visit I find him helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Center of the city a new hotel, designed outside and inside also. The staff very kindly, and always smile! The breakfast buffet, enough.

The hotel is located right next to a mall, so te area is busy, but not really beautiful. Central location in Tetovo. The hotel is advertised as a five star property. While the rooms and the staff are really nice, as is the restaurant. But a true five star facility would have a gym, wellness center or spa which the hotel doesn't have (although it is advertised on their web site in writing). Hence this property is nice as it is, but should be rated as a four star property given that it only is brand new, but not special by international standards. The meeting rooms are OK, but lack some attention from the staff in order to run a proper meeting. Overall, I had a great stay, but some adjustments should be made that reflect the true list of services and amenities.

The hotel is like a calm oasis in the city of Tetovo. The room I was standing havea wiev of the snowy Sharri's mountains. Everything was clean and functional. The bed it was confortable and the air conditioner worked perfectly.The toilet with all the accessories of a prestigious hotel . Breakfast buffet with not many choices but the dinner it was delicious and abundant .The restaurant's terrace on the 12th floor was fantastic but a bit cold. The staff was very profesional.We will be back again ...

Haven't tried the rooms and services they provide when you stay there. The food is good but you don't get the 5-star vibe. Also it is in a commercial area. Other than that you can get a view of Tetovo from the top. I recommend you visiting it both when the sun is still up and at night too.

Spent 2 weeks @ Mercure,and am glad i choose this hotel. The location is PERFECT,big parking lot,easy access to the interstate ,5-7 min walk to the center of the city. Very clean hotel,and people that work there are super helpful.

Large rooms and well thought decoration, good breakfast, nice staff. We didn't want our room to be cleaned during our 3 days stay. House keeping checked our room. The tea tray was not cleaned when we arrived, and did not notice the sign I left to clean it. Otherwise, everything was fine with regards to HK.

Very good service and room is nice.

We had an event there and I believe that it has quite a bit of room for improvement in lots of aspects however for Tetovo, it was a very decent investment.

Best place to stay in the town. Food is delicious. You can get really good cocktails at the rooftop bar with a stunning view. Cheers!

Don't make travel arrangements if on a business trip. Incompetent staff, loads of complications

Hygiene issues Wash room not not clean Water leakages Poor lighting The place has bad vibes I felt sick on first day and was forced to pay charges for entire stay The staff is non supportive and money hungry. I have been travelling around the world for years and have never faced such issues anywhere. They take full money in advance and if there is any problem you can do nothing about it I had four days booking fully paid and I left without getting a refund because my health is more important to me than a few euros.

Great place, literally and metaphorically. Quality hotel, clean, well organized, on a great location, with free parking. It may get a bit noisy in summer because of the restaurand on top, but not too bad. Surely the best hotel in the area.

Excellent hotel. Provided a lovely experience for us Americans staying in Tetovo visiting my BIL’s family. Clean & very friendly staff. Beautiful hotel. No complaints.
