Ok people, this is Africa, and sometimes it takes time for good things to happen. It's TRUE, it took over an hour for our food to arrive, but when it did, it was amazing. So good in fact that we went back the next night for more delicious food. Plan ahead, don't go hungry, be patient, and whatever you do, order the trout. Best trout I have had anywhere on the planet.

Food was delicious despite slow service (it was quite packed on that day!). Still, It was definitely worth waiting! Piripiri baby chicken with butternutsquash and mashed potatoes was delicious and trout very fresh! Indoor part of restaurant is cozy and feels a bit like someone's home.

Friendly service with a laid back ambience. The food is delicious and totally worth the wait. The trout is a must! They don't have a menu for drinks, but full bar is available.

I have visited a few times with guests from different parts of the world. I had Japanese and recently tourists from USA. They were all delighted with the food and drinks. Of vital importance was the way they were impressed by the professional service.

Piripiri is a GO to place in Maseru. It's a very exclusive Portuguese Cosine restaurant in what looks like "someone's house" space and the food is reasonably priced. It's just near Maseru Sun Hotel and Casino and though it might not come across as a restaurant that you might make a fuss about its size, it seriously has this good vibe about it. I would honestly say, Management has to think out the box and exploit their opportunities. This place is a safe house for a lot of people who just want a good quality time during summer time since its outdoor experience is quite phenomenal. However, the tables and chairs outside are not proportionately built or put together. It created an un-ergonomical typa seating. But besides that, the food was DELISH!

I arrived at this restaurant at 13:00 on Tuesday, 3rd July. First presentation was good but we waited 10 minutes to be seated which I took as 'just something that happens'. I then went to the bathroom which is pretty clean I must say. Then the bad part. I came with my partner for brunch as it is my first time in Lesotho. We prefer the sun since today it is especially cold. We then politely asked the bar lady at the time if we can kindly move the chairs to the tables outside. To which she rudely said NO. Now I usually drop rude people but the barlady straight up disrespected my partner unecessarily. I left promptly feeling disrespected for no reason. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will never return to such atrocious service.

This is a Mozambique restaurant in Maseru. It has a lot of nature, you can be relaxed. Price was a bit high.

I went twice on two consecutive days, that is how amazing the food was. The portions are very good especially on the half chicken and trout options

Terrible service! Waited for over 1.5 hours for my food. Ordered a medium steak and got a well-done steak—unacceptable! Also, the fries were extremely greasy. My meal arrived 20 minutes later than my friends'. We dined here three days ago and enjoyed a delicious appetizer, so I ordered it again. However, this time it wasn't served in a bowl; instead, I received 6 pieces of meat on a plate. Extremely disappointed with the service and quality.

The food was delicious, the drinks were strong, and the atmosphere was friendly and inviting. Service was actually pretty quick, although we were there in between lunch and dinner and it wasn't crowded. Either way, I wouldn't want to rush out of this place. Far and away one of the best places in Maseru.

Portuguese restaurant in one of Maseru's affluent suburbs. Always has an expat crowd. Espatada is a very good choice and the chicken is wonderful as well. Don't forget to write on the wall!

After more than 16 years in Lesotho,it was our first try at PiriPiri last sunday for Fathers Day.The service is so poor and gosh all the plates has broken edges :-( Foods wasnt what we expected.Ordered a Liver dish as Starter ,it came after 30mins of waiting and no Toasts with ,just the Liver when asked ive been told on Sunday we dont serves 'Toasts' well well ...a table next to us with a small child was calling for his foods as the wait was really long ..poor child.Anyway last thing after paying the bill i clearly marked Tips ... and Total ..the waitress was gone ,i went to look for her inside for my change of M50,she handed me only M40 so i wondered if this how you treats your customer/s?My First and Last time .. they need a good renovation of their cutleries.Goodluck to them !!!
