Always getting the high quality food I order

Good chicken but poor service!!these people messed up my order and didn't even apologise.. NOT A BIT!!!!i had to make another order and they just went on like nothing happened !!😠

Service is okay;structure of the restaurant not the best , foods good ,unfortunately wasn't any wifi...so it isn't bad at all, if i expected wifi from the place;defiantly also to eat very little if any plug points for a laptop /phone...

The food was delicious not forgetting the friendly waitress.

Every time we order take away from here we get what look like leftovers chucked in a bag. This was their latest offering... when we got home and plated it up this piece had what looks like a bite taken out of it. I didn't bother to call them to complain, I've done that before, so this is the next best thing. Exposing them.

Enjoyed several meals here and the service from the twin waitresses and other very attentive staff.

Food is nice but i see you dont have proper hygiene the one inside the pantry didnt wear gloves she just holding the food without gloves i buy tacos last week and i see after she holds her nose and her skin the she hold the tacos..i just want you guys to let know because that is a food its easy to be contaminated so please see your staff how they prepare the food for the costumer..thanks

There is no proper hygiene, They warm up food which is left over and give us, they only cook if nothing is left and don't know how to Service at All. When Ordering long orders, they don't have any Book to write on and they forget but after reminding them, they still forget. The cheapest Cave or restaurant is better than this one. This is the Worst, I thought it will be fine in future but still the worst.

Service is Too Slow for a fastfood outlet. My order came to me COLD. Important for shop to get back to the service level we were used to at the previous venue. I will not stop visiting when in Maseru!!
