i have never been a shop like this. very very poor attitude of staffs ,totally unprofessional ,bought 3 watches in last 6 months. when buying latest one, rather than offering customer service, made me feel like shoplifter. i was not there to steal their property. please don't let other feel like me.

Customer service is excellent! I purchased a wedding band commitment set, and after realising that we weren't happy with the metal we chose, the staff were very accommodating and we reordered the same rings in 18ct white gold. Lisa was very helpful throughout this process and thrives to keep customers happy.

Good place to go I found the staff very helpful polite and had time to help 😀 I have shoped there before and had good results every time thank you to the staff at Milton Keynes great experience every time well worth a visit.

Laura was Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, very quick to support me as soon as I entered the store, answered my questions thoroughly, checking necessary information on her iPad. I would highly recommend H Samuel, as the service was amazing.

Had my second and third piercing professional and clean set up and lots of earring choice. Katy at mk was lovely and very helpful and did a great job would 100% recommend getting ear piercing here.

My god this shop is the absolute best. Been going to them for years, they have had everything I wanted from gifts for my partner for her birthday and Christmas from there Disney range to getting the biggest gift ever her engagement ring which they spent hours with me going though all different styles and cuts, to our wedding bands to the latest gift our daughters birthday gift, her neckless and earrings always smiling and always happy to help even they look under staffed and over busy they always smile and help with sharing there knowledge of the items they sell and if they don't have it in store (which is rare) they will source it for you, and there extended warranty and protection options are the best with no questions they replaced the stone in my wife's engagement ring and returned it within a matter of weeks. WITH OUT A DOUBT WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND THIS SHOP ALL DAY LONG

Laura (Milton Keynes) pierced my daughter’s ears - she was lovely and reassuring and the whole team was super helpful and kind (even when my daughter was sick!).

We visited a few weeks ago when my boyfriend proposed but wanted us both to choose a ring. I was quite nervous about the whole experience and didn’t even know where to start. We visited all the jewellers in Milton Keynes centre and ended up coming back to H Samuel. A lady also called Katy helped us, she knew our budget and helped us pick out all the ones we liked. We then purchased the one we wanted and I had it on the Monday after only being in store on the Sunday. Katy was very down to earth and put me straight at ease, for our small budget she provided amazing service. Please do what pass our comments on, our order was under my partner name Matthew and I think it was around 17th July. Top service 5 ⭐️

Sarah's and Tanya's customer service was truly extraordinary I lost my watch and the why they explained the whole process of getting through the premier Insurance was fantastic thanks guys at H Samuel's Milton Keynes you guys are truly a testament of how customer services should be.

Been trying to contact them for 2 weeks now without success, phone is never answered. Waiting for two links for my watch now been waiting about a month with no updates from anyone. Should have gone elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would.

I went to the store recently to order a ring at the Milton Keynes branch and I was quickly greeted by this lovely lady called Clare. She was soo patience, honestly I haven't seen anyone take their time to help genuinely like this lady. She really made me feel welcome and so was Emily. She showed me different types of rings and she didn't bother of the time I was taking. I will personally recommend this shop to friends and family. Thanks sooo much to Clare and Emily for such an excellent service!

My partner proposed to me but saddly the ring was too big. Karen was super lovely and helped me get my ring size from a Leeds branch and managed to get it to the Milton Keynes store by the next morning. Couldn’t have thanked her enough

Visited 03/04/22 Really lovely service, friendly staff and clean environment, all jewellery nicely displayed! They had some really lovely items on sale which I was delighted about! I've thrown my receipt so cant find the name of the lady who served me, I purchased some tree of life earrings that match a necklace I have, it was on sale for FIVE POUNDS! but special thanks to the staff member that served me, as she was so kind and friendly!

The lady wearing black dress in her 50’s..Totally ignored when we asked to be served saying she was already serving someone. She then went around serving other customers and kept ignoring us! Well she behaved racially biased 🫣
