I have been a patient of Bancroft Dentistry for more years than I can remember, and wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental care. The standards here are so high; all the staff are completely 'customer-focused' and the clinical practice is absolutely first-rate. This is a brilliant dental practice. As soon as you walk in there is a calm, friendly and extremely professional atmosphere. You just feel that you are in the best hands. Andy is a fantastic dentist. I had problems a few years ago and booked an emergency appointment. I had the best treatment and have never looked back. I feel safe here and feel that when problems arise, Andy will have a solution! He takes the time to explain treatment in detail. All the staff are very friendly and approachable - Sue the receptionist always welcomes with a smile, Erin the Hygienist is lovely and very thorough and all the nurses I have met are always very friendly and sympathetic- Zoe, Paige and Millie to mention a few. I have nothing negative to say about this practice!

Recently joined this practice and I'm so pleased I did. Such a lovely warm welcoming team. I have had my treatments fully and very well explained all the way through and felt very comfortable to ask any questions. My young daughter has also attended and is very happy here too :-) was a very positive experience for her check up. Happy child-happy mum. :-) would highly recommend.

This is such a wonderful dental practice. I’ve never been to a dentists before where it feels so calm and relaxed. The receptionists are absolutely lovely and all the dental staff are so attentive and friendly, taking care to remember details about your life so they can chat to you. They manager to make what could be a stressful experience actually rather pleasant.

Frank and Zoe addressed all my concerns and gave me productive tips on how to manage my dental care. I come to Bancroft after an upsetting experience with an nhs dentist in 2022. I was recommended by a family member. After three checkups and two hygienist appointments I’m over the moon with how my dental/gum health has increased in such a short space of time. They have time to teach and educate and be preventive with their treatments rather than reactive when something is wrong. My dentist is Frank and my dental nurse was Zoe. The receptionists are super friendly and professional too. Thank you!

I joined this practice in the Summer, the staff here are all incredible. Andy is my dentist and he takes time to explain every process and treatment options, he does this very clearly and is very reassuring. Sue is fantastic she is always very welcoming as you enter the practice and is absolutely charming. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I've been with Bancroft dentistry for a few years now and they've been nothing but accommodating for myself especially as I work 9-5. Drisna, Frank and Millie have always been the best hence why I continue going back and I always feel comfortable during and after my visits! Thank you !!

I am completely dentist phobic and need a lot of work done to my teeth, as much as I dislike the dentist Bancroft have been 5 star for me, they are kind reassuring and very understanding of my fear. I have been able to use the sedation which has been a game changer for me, I have had a few treatments now with sedation and have been blissfully unaware of what was happening. I cannot recommend highly enough.

After having some truly dreadful dental work in the past I am so glad to have found Frank and his wonderful team. Everyone is so professional, friendly and always put you at ease. Thank you Bancroft for saving my teeth.
