I cannot recommend heartily enough this surgery, I left my previous surgery of 20 years due to them going down hill. From the moment you enter, all staff are polite, helpful and listen to you. The building is clean, and you never have to wait long to be seen. Since I joined recently, each interaction I have had, be it face to face, by email, or on the phone has been top notch, Brilliant!

Yasmin was brilliant. She was mentoring a Student Doctor and allowed him the opportunity to enquire about my injuries, point him in the right direction and made sure the overall assessment was thorough and correct. Her medical advice was well thought through, not rushed, conclusive and she took the time to seek a second opinion and advised In the end on the right course of action and to go to A&E which worked out well in the end and solved the problem I had with my arm as it did require emergency surgery. Both my partner and I are very grateful.

They need to reconsider their cancellation policy as being refused to be seen with a newborn for being 2 mins late for an appointment is completely ridiculous. Normally I would call to explain why I’m running late (parking and traffic is always really bad on green lanes - another reason to be more considerate) but their phone menu is so long-winded it would’ve taken longer.

For 3 weeks in a row by newborn son's 6-week appointment has been postponed, at very short notice. We were told that this was due to the doctor calling in sick on each occasion. In addition, his 8 week vaccinations haven't been booked in. My wife's post-natal check was also of poor quality. These are time-critical appointments and the service level is simply not good enough.

Brilliant service. Phoned in the morning and was seen that afternoon. Doctor was friendly and helpful, reception staff efficient and warm. Test results came back within days and received clear communication through text. Really impressed.

I would like to thank Doctor Arshad specifically, as I came in to get my daughter checked up as she was really unwell. The doctor checked my daughter thoroughly and was very kind and gentle when taking her temperature and etc. He proceeded to make her smile and put us as parents to ease, ensuring that there is nothing to worry about and prescribed her the medication that was needed to make her feel better.

A great surgery wherein I can book an in person appointment and actually get seen unlike past experiences. The reception staff and doctors are friendly and attentive. The overall standard here is good considering how hard pressed they are. My only critique is how brief and passive the doctors appointments can be which doesn’t necessarily encourage you to be comfortable enough to discuss your ailments etc…in any depth, but overall a shining example of a good doctor surgery.

Love this surgery and have had only one minor issue with them in over 3 years . Family owned, friendly and you can get in person appointments. Just had a lovely doctor meet with my 2 year old, really put him at ease.

Moved here following really poor care at another local surgery and West Green Surgery are SO much better. As someone with lots of health issues, I am very glad I moved here and most of the doctors I have seen have been great and receptionist staff very helpful. Can also get appointments on the day and in advance which I was never able to do at previous doctors.

Completely unacceptable service being 15 weeks of pregnant! I tried to book an appointment with ongoing urinary infection, and symptoms and it was no available appointment. I phoned back 2 days later only they could offer to come to the surgery and leave urine sample with the receptionist. I did that, waited 5 days for the result which came back obviously positive. I got prescribed the same antibiotics what did not help me at the first time (that is why I have ongoing UTI) and as it dangerous being pregnant the correct medication need to be prescribed. So I requested the medication change for the reason being ineffective. I waited 6 hours and it was no answer from them regardless I called them 2 times already. Finally after the third call to them, they came back to me saying the doctor not changing the medication as it is a correct one to use. I explained 5th times to the receptionist that today I called my midwife who said clearly I need a change of medication due the first one being inneffective. I am sure there was no communication between the receptionist and the doctor. I left now untreated with the refused request for medication change and the receptionist said she can not do anything further and no appointment either she can offer. If I could report them I would do! Clearly pregnancy and pain are not considered to this surgery!!!! Please avoid them if you are seeking medical advice and specifically medication!

I had an appointement with Miss Yaren Kumas and I left very satisfied. She was very punctual, I did not wait at all and she was also very kind and compassionate. I felt she was listening to me attentively and really wanted to help. Yaren is a very caring GP, I am happy to have a GP that I can trust and who is reliable !

The doctor Miss Yaren , I have seen in my visit she was very nice. She listened to me. She addressed all my concern and she even won beyond my concern. Brilliant customer service

Angelica Wynter was the most professional, caring and kind phisican at West green surgery who I ever met. She was carefully listening all details of my health and what symptoms I had. Did the necessary examinations, checking my history. These kind of attentionI unfortunately never had with anyone in this surgery . I had serious infections taking antibiotics but my GP even did not check my throat. Nor checking back if the antibiotic worked or not. After I finished my first course of (8 days) antibiotic my symptoms came back straight away the very next 2 days. I booked another appt , and was lucky enough to get this spot with Angelika who I never saw before. She was concerned finally about my sickness what I was dealing with over 3 weeks and took her time to offer the most appropriate treatment and the most amazing part was she was doing it with explanation. Also she said to come back before I finish my second course of antibiotic to check if all infection cleared up. I wish to see more people like her, who give time for the patient and show real care and willing to examine you. Thank you Angelica!❤️

She's a really good listener. Examined me with routine, focused on all the small details as well and gave me professional advices. Friendly and very positive GP.

I’ve applied online for the lab test couple of times. I went to laurel lab but I was told my details is not in their system. Due to this I have not been able to see the doctor. I will be grateful if you can help me with the process
