10/10 experience. Honor carried out my treatment and I can’t fault any part of the service, chat and overall experience. The treatment room is spotless, relaxing and has great parking. I absolutely love that this company promotes inclusivity and at no point to I feel awkward, judged or embarrassed. Wont go elsewhere for any of my waxing again!

Sarah made me feel so comfortable from the point of walking in the shop. Hadn’t been for a wax before so she explained the process and made me feel at ease (as I was a little nervous!) The shop was lovely too, very relaxing and private. Treatment I had was done professionally and with care. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone!

I visited Brilliant Brazilian Hitchin last week for a Hollywood wax. As someone who has been getting waxed for over 2 years now I can honestly say that this was the quickest and most painless wax I’ve ever had! Kate did an absolutely amazing job and I am super happy with the results! I will definitely be returning for all my waxing needs!
