In my recent visit, the new numbing cream made the process actually painless, i was able to not flinch!! Amazing service from the Wilbury Clinic! Andie made me and my friend feel so relaxed whilst having Botox for the first time. Everything was explained in detail so we knew exactly what to expect. And the results are amazing!! 100% recommend ☺️ will definitely be back for Botox and potentially other treatments in the future.

I was really nervous about getting my brows microbladed and powdered, especially because I have a scar running through one, which also made my brows uneven in height. Now I can't believe I had any worries ... Laura must be one of the most experienced eyebrow artists in the world, and she's the loveliest person. She spent ages making sure she got my brows perfect, plus talked me through every step. My first appointment ran over slightly, but Laura didn't mention the time and didn't rush at all. Laura had asked for photos (on my phone was fine) of the type of look I was after, then she made my brows look better than I could have hoped. Will 100% recommend to all my friends. My first micro needling and was immediately put at ease. I hate the pores across my nose and cheeks and felt my wishes to target these areas were listened too. A surprisingly relaxing treatment and will def have it again. Thank you

I arrived to be told Andie was ill but the lovely young lady Smita was absolutely brilliant and put my mind at ease by checking with another nurse I was safe to have the b12 injection which I was worried about due to medical issues. She was really nice and explained everything and made sure I was feeling well afterwards. Thank you Smita. Clinic was really clean and professional whilst also being really friendly and so helpful. If all goes well I shall book my next b12 in 2 weeks. Highly recommend.
