This has been my first experience of acupuncture. I came because I was suffering high levels of anxiety. I have found the sessions really helpful. Jackie took time at the start to take me through the theories of Chinese medicine and explain the treatment and to answer any questions and offer reassurance. I am really feeling the benefits.

I had a shoulder pain and could not lift my arm above my shoulder for 6 months and after seeing a chiropractor for 6 sessions with no improvement . Had 7 sessions of acupuncture, massage and cupping. Shoulder is back to normal. Great people and very helpful would highly recommend.

My PT suggested I get acupuncture due to an on going problem in my leg which physio was not helping with. I’ve noticed a huge improvement with the pain in my leg following a mix of treatments (Acupuncture, Deep Tissue Massage and Cupping). I would highly recommend.
