Kirstie was brilliant at identifying my musculoskeletal problems, worked extensively on my shin and elbow, and provided post clinic rehabilitation exercises. Highly recommend, great to work with someone who has good knowledge of the body, experience of managing muscular pain, and adapts to the clients requirement.

I took my 11 year old son with unknown back pain to see Rob after seeing several other physics/osteo’s over several months with little improvement. In just one visit Rob had not only identified where the problem lied, but put mine and my sons minds at ease about continuing with sport. The treatment was successful and with the exercises to continue with at home, my son has fully recovered. We are so thankful for that visit. I would highly recommend.

I’ve been seeing Rob Krainer at Hitchin osteopathy for a couple of years now. Every few months. I can’t recommend enough. I saw a few professionals about my back problem and each time I couldn’t get to the bottom of the issue. Rob sorted me out and the problem hasn’t come back. I just go every few months to get preventative treatment. Great lad and more importantly, he knows what he’s talking about. Vistied Kirstie for the first time today for a Sports therapy massage. It was immediately apparent that she knew exactly what she was doing. My body feels lighter and free of tension, allowing me to return to my daily work tasks without pain. I have used Robert numerous time for Osteopathy, and he too is brilliant.
