This gym has everything and more!! Every machine you could ever want from old school to new school. It has it all. Friendly staff and very welcoming vibe. A huge free weights section with a massive dumbbell rack. PT studio area as well as an extensive cardio selection. If you’re looking for a gym around Hertfordshire then this is the place to go! Perfect for photo shoots as well

For the first time in my life I am actually ENJOYING going to the gym because of this place... I never thought I would be excited to go to a gym. That should tell you that this place is good. The staff are super friendly, the gym is very clean (I see the cleaners myself when I am there late in the evening), there is every machine/workout equipment you could possibly think of, it's pretty cheap, there is free parking out front, opening times are good. I know it is intimidating to walk into any gym for the first time because of self-consciousness or other people looking like bodybuilders.. but it wears off after a couple of visits, so stop thinking about it and just go and get fit and healthy! Only improvements I would suggest for now: extend weekend evening opening hours as that's the best time for me to go, set up a basic booking system on your website to let people sign up and manage their memberships online, and also ask people gathering around for chats in areas where other people walk, to go to the bench area to sit and talk, otherwise they are in the way of others. Other than that, perfect gym.

Best gym you will ever go to. 7 pounds day pass well worth it some lovely machines to get those gainsville. Great bar with all shakes pre work out. Check out there clothing range good quality. Trained here for the first time yesterday, best gym I have trained in to date. Excellent machines, music and atmosphere. Although it's a 20 minute drive strongly considering moving here over my current gym.

Best bodybuilding gym in the local area by a long way. Huge variety of equipment dumbells upto 90kgs... nautilus machines etc. The cleanliness and tidiness is what really surprised me it's immaculate. Everyone put thier weights away exactly where they got them

Having just joined - first and foremost - Gordon (manager) is simply amazing. Nothing is ever too much and a credit to FOH. The gym is outstanding - and lots of new kit for me to get my teeth into. Can’t wait.

£7 entry , £35 direct debit monthly £40 monthly payment . Well worth any plan. I just wish this gym was closer to home. Excellent entrance, chap at the reception was informative and inviting , display was very appealing for all the supplements . I love the theme they going for like a irony steel , it follows throughout the building . Uncountable machines , machines you haven’t seen before for sure like the bull! 😅. No flaffing around in this gym, good music great atmosphere . Highly recommend , felt like a evening out and not just a gym.

What a great gym, lots of kit and good vibe. If there was any down full it would be not a lot of space around kit but thats because there is so much there. Overall really good gym defo going back💪

This gym is big staff are friendly and lots of machines to use and weight stations. If you don't like loud music banging out then it's not for you. All ages, go.. I would recommend.. prices slightly lower than alot in wgc although shower facilities are limited.
