We found Vutie Beets using Happy Cow and popped to Letchworth Garden City specifically to experience Vegan food and we weren't disappointed! The Cooked Breakfast was great - a plate of variety including their own take on breakfast classics. The tofu bacon was smokey and salty - an explosion of flavour compared to bland supermarket alternatives. We enjoyed the Pea & Pesto Strozzapreti and loved the Mixed Berry Pancakes. We stayed for coffee to enjoy the Vegan cakes including the Jaffa Cake, the Chocolate & Raspberry Cake, and the Blueberry Croissant. Well worth a visit!

Came here for the first time last weekend with a friend. Although it was a little on the expensive side, I'd definitely come back! I had the best pancakes I'd ever tried before! My friend enjoyed a full vegan breakfast. We both left very impressed and full. Portion sizes were generous. Love that this place is dog friendly and the staff are lovely. My smoothie was also delicious! The café has loads of plants and a comfortable vibe to it. Update: I've now been here a dozen more times since moving nearer, and it's always my go-to when friends and family are visiting. Their cinnamon buns and special buns are the best around!

Okay where do I start? If I were marking out of 10 I'd give it 11. We went there for lunch on Friday. We visit Letchworth every other Friday for a group meeting and we'll often go into town for something to eat afterwards. As they were kind enough to allow me to use their facilities back in early September although they were closed, I felt I wanted to repay their kindness and try them out. Wow wow wow. We're not vegetarians specifically but I do enjoy vegetarian food when prepared well. This was simply stunning. Firstly, all the staff are quite young (or maybe Im just quite old). All helpful and friendly with a smile, we were made to feel welcome. My wife ordered Mixed berry pancakes and I ordered black beluga dahl. The presentation was exquisite as were the flavours. A spacious yet cosy atmosphere with pleasant background music and fantastic food combined to make a relatively inexpensive and highly enjoyable lunch stop. I had to compliment the chefs on leaving. We will be visiting again without doubt!!

An extremely tasty vegan establishment. Nice decor, food was delicious. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to vegan and non vegans alike.

Yum yum yum! I went today for lunch and had the quesadilla with mushrooms and it was delicious. Just what I wanted. My partner had the Caesar salad and that was also very good. I really enjoyed being able to choose anything from the fully vegan menu and would definitely recommend a visit to others. Looking forward to popping in next time I’m in Letchworth.

Cannot fault this place. The food is absolutely delicious! All of my non-vegan friends who were sceptical about it all really enjoyed it too. The staff are really friendly and the service was excellent. Highly recommend

You can't go wrong with the black bean quesedilla, I absolutely love the fresh pico de gallo on top of it. Could have been a 5 but the dirty chai wasn't the best, too much coffee was added and I couldn't taste the chai spices. The garlic & herb hashbrown bites were great, would've been great if there was an option to add vegan parmesan. Perfect to go on a Sunday as there's free parking at the Wynd car park.

We were looking for a nice place for breakfast and found Vutie Beets. If you are into vegan food you are exactly at the right place. And if you are not give it a try you won't regret it. Thanks a lot for a perfect start in the day.

Visited for the first time in ages today. We both ordered the quesadillas. The portions were generous and they tasted delicious. We can’t wait to go back and try more items from the menu. Staff were very friendly. Very spacious and clean inside. Purchased the cinnamon buns as a treat to take home too!

We went on a day with a limited menu, totally not their fault so we had sandwiches. They weren't great. This place is always busy so I'd like to go back and check it out on a full menu day. Service was great, decor is great, lovely and clean, milkshakes were yummy, let down by the sandwiches

Had tomato and basil soup £7, very tasty, didnt want the focaccia which came with it, as bought focaccia toasty with mozzarella tomato and pesto! Shame a discount wasnt offered off of the soup as I didnt have the focaccia, this would have been a nice gesture as I paid £5 for the toasty! This is why I gave it 4* instead of 5*

Lovely independent place serving vegan food & drinks. Excellent oat flat white and the cinnamon bun is a real treat. Friendly & attentive staff, my new regular!

A fantastic place to eat if you are vegan or gluten-free. This is a ⭐️ place. The Black Bean Quesadilla I had was delicious, and my friend's black beans were served with GF bread. There are so many dishes we would like to try, we can't wait to try them all.

A little tucked away, but in a pleasant passage in the town centre. Lovely to sit outdoors in the sun; the inside is full of colour for rainer days. Probably the best choice in town whether you're minded towards nutrition, quality, or ethics, but with good pricing. Definitely amongst the highest quality coffees available in Letchworth, drinks are freshly ground and brewed from a variety of beans. You'll need to go to Hitchin's specialist coffee shops to get better. Vegan food is also available (and kind of the focus here) including cakes and meals, these too are freshly prepared, and nutritious, with a focus on quality. Staff are lovely and friendly, service is quick and cleanliness is excellent. Popular amongst young and old alike. There are late evening musical events, haven't checked them out yet but imagine they are fun.

Just enjoyed a lovely all vegan brunch! Breakfast bap, hash bites and berry pancakes! The coffee was the best! Highly recommended the salted caramel syrup! Staff seems friendly and was a lovely atmosphere outside very quiet and peaceful ❤️☕🥞🥪

Best coffee in Hertfordshire by a long mile, so reasonably priced & every single thing on the menu is delicious, but the quesadillas & buns deserve a mention!!! Staff are all so friendly & accommodating literally cannot say a bad word about Vutie beets if I tried.

My bestie and I come here as a treat as its quite a bit of a trek for us but we are never disappointed. Obsessed with the baked goods as I love a good cinnamon bun. Was excited to see vegan Okonomiyaki on the amazing menu. Pictured is also their potato salad. Very delicious!

This place is a gem in the heart of Letchworth. The atmosphere is great and the food is delicious. I can continue talking about how great they are but this mean you'll wait longer before arrive there.

I could leave some less than complimentary reviews about other places in town but I'd rather just leave this short note of appreciation. If you like good coffee, not just variations of on the theme of "milk with a shot" (though they do that as well I believe) this is the place for you. Knowledgeable, experienced and well trained staff who actually drink and enjoy coffee. Save yourself the frustrating walk around town and head straight here.

Best food venue in the area; delicious food with regularly changed adventurous menu, great value, lovely decor, and impressive customer service. You wouldn't know it's vegan unless told! I take a lot of visitors to the area here and they all love it. Can't recommend highly enough!

The photo doesn't do it justice but perhaps the best pancake I've ever had 🤤 so yum. Great shakes too and overall good choices (vegan) and friendly staff. Wish we lived closer to here so we could go often.

Took my Wife and daughter( all vegan) to this lovely place to try out their food, and wasn’t disappointed at all, food on the menu all looked very inviting but just had the Spanish Scramble and loved it. Portion sizes just right unless you are very hungry..but overall a very pleasant experience. Will def go back for more. Keep up the excellent work guys..👏🏼
