Excellent shopping trip at Rushden Lakes & decided to pop into Decathlon. The shop layout is very clever & has a lovely flow about it. Many wonderful sporting products to choose from and very well priced. I managed to pick up a few bargains in the sale rack along with some new equipment for my home gym. Totally recommend this shop to anyone looking for anything sporty.

Send my bike to service yesterday, staff were nice especially technician Wojtek Maczka did a great job, profession, patience, and he will give some tips and advice how to kept your bike in tip-top condition. Highly recommended bringing your beloved bike to service at least once a year. Thank you so much Wojtek!

Vortek is excellent at repairing and servicing . He definitely saved my bike. Burnt the oil out of my brake pads, I had covered them in WD40! Sourced & purchased new ones from eBay and fitted them, kept me fully informed. Very reasonable charges . What a hidden gem. Will highly recommend & have no hesitation going back time and time again .

Dominic was an absolute star! I took my son's bike in as he had fallen on it, and the gear shifter had moved. Which caused the back wheel not to move didn’t realise the technician finished at 4. But he managed to fix it so my son can finish his cycle proficiency this week.

Five star service and support. I recently visited before a bikepacking trip and received the most friendly service. In particular a special thanks to Wojciech, who went above and beyond to help service my bike. Wojciech was so knowledgeable and gave fantastic practical advice to help keep equipment in good order. There was another incredibly helpful staff member from Portugal on the bike counter, who I would like to thank for helping with pannier racks. I will definitely be returning and could not recommend more highly - Thank you!

Awful customer service I received today... I've bought products from Decathlon direct in store before & have been very happy with them & the customer service. Today was not good. I saw 2 products I wanted to purchase. Tried setting up an account online - it wouldn't accept parts of my address. I called my local store to see if they could help me. They tried setting up an account for me at their end - it wouldn't work either - a system error. I was then given the Whats App telephone number (text only) to contact to help me. I asked the assistant if I could order these items over the phone to collect on Monday (as one of the items was not in stock) & I was told "No". I've wasted 30 minutes trying to order 2 products online from Decathlon. I will now have to buy these 2 similar items elsewhere. This is why online shopping is stressful.

I've just had my bike checked over by a lovely experienced guy called Wojciech. He is really helpful and explains everything fully. Wojciech gave me some great advice on how to maintain my bike and helped me out with a few tools. Thank you for all your help 🤩

Wonderful service from Ryan and his French collegue with daughters bike, couldn't do enough for us, store was organised with staff welcoming at the front and guiding customers couldn't fault a thing, had tried to call halfords for info they couldn't be bothered to pick up phone, Ryan was great on the phone and really made us feel like we wanted to buy from him. Perfect service from beginning to end

Plenty of stock for a wide variety of sports. Prices are good and I've found the items I brought are fine. Got a running top for £4.99, really good fit.

The cycle guy was a big hit with grandson.first bike purchased. Thankyou really approachable and spoke a lot to him. After all it was his bike. Was patient and tried to understand what Xander was saying to him. Thankyou.

Exstreamly nice shop. Has everything thing you need. Very much like Go outdoors but lower priced. I buy most of my gear from here camping, hiking, cycling, running and swimming. Only one thing I had to take back was a swimming costume which was my size but I didn't realise there sizes are smaller so I need to go up a size bigger. Staff always happy to help, and as for the Cycling man he is amazing he knows all about bike's. Purchased a bike from there for my 8 year old excellent bike. I know I can take it back if I have any problems with out feeling a nuisance. Thank you. Very happy customer 😀😊.
