👍👍 Amazing variety of organic food. Vegan and vegetarian goods, craft beers, ales, ciders. It is a bit pricey for me but never seen this huge variety of vegan goods before in the centre. Good to see this place is exist, I hope it will be available in lower prices as well soon. Veganism not just for ric... People often mention shop, organic, items, staff, love, products, find, great,

Amazing variety of organic food. Vegan and vegetarian goods, craft beers, ales, ciders. It is a bit pricey for me but never seen this huge variety of vegan goods before in the centre. Good to see this place is exist, I hope it will be available in lower prices as well soon. Veganism not just for rich people, it should be cheaper as vegan food use less resources and less energy to produce.

Organic Cafe: Great selection of lovely food, but bring a chair and a book because the service is VERY slow!

Probably the best front staff you can find; However the management don't even bother to answer to email (I sent an email with a reference ad a CV in 2019 AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR AN ANSWER). Real dumb people...it take 5 seconds to answer an email, please be human next time

Generally a good shop however I have not been impressed by the quality of the produce. A couple of times I've seen mouldy items, and in general it can be a little soft and not looking it's best. They have an excellent range of craft beer. There is a reasonable range of vegan cheese, sauces, organic pantry items and (real meat) charcuterie.

Very nice shop, I love to go there sometimes and you can find very good quality grass fed meet, fish, and local dairy products. However, I dont trust their vegetables anymore. I've had many time purchasing fruits or tomatoes that weren't incredibly fresh and they were on the limit of going to the trash bin. Just be careful on that side, because if you find yourself doing expensive groceries that only last maybe one or two days...so what I do is I buy very small amounts each time and make sure to eat it asap. Im overall very grateful because these organic shops are difficult to find here and they provide healthier options than Tesco or others !

Once again they tried to rip me off. The cashier didn't bother to discount the items that were clearly marked with massive stickers saying 40% off. And it's not just this store. I've been overcharged before at the White Ladies Rd and the St Paul's branch. Funny how the mistake is always in their favour. And I don't even shop here that often.

Credit where it's due. I do like this shop and the range of products they offer; however, they really need to rethink their payment methods. Firstly, after scanning all our items, they decided to say it was a cashless till, so they had to move the items to the cash till and rescan. Secondly, we decided to purchase something from their cafe and were told they were cashless too, and if I wanted to pay cash to go back to their one and only cash till, so much hassle just to buy a cake. When I queried this stupid cashless system they have in place, I was told it was for "hygiene reasons," which I beg to differ because when we entered the shop, the girl hand her hand in the tip jar trying to get change for someone else trying to pay cash. Also, this wasn't implemented during the pandemic, so why now? Thirdly, they came over to us when we were eating the cake to say I hadn't left enough money for the cake, but that was their error, not mine, with the till overcharging, so I definitely recommend checking your receipts.

We just love the cafe! Good range of healthy food and scrumy, but perhaps not so healthy, cakes! We haven't bought much in the shop, as we are visitors from Bath, but the range is very extensive, including fresh fruit and veg.

Not usually too busy. Good quality local and organic food at reasonable prices. Lots of food, such as nuts and cereals are sold loose and containers can be be refilled. There is inside and outside seating for the café, which serves pastries, salads and soup.

I'm a regular customer since few years. Having such a store in my area providing organic products is such a great thing. Generally speaking, staff are really the best. Couple of things I think BFC can work on: first loyalty points which would really give some recognition to regular customers- I know recently there is a loyalty card created to give 5% and 10% off. However, loyalty points likes Tesco and Sainsbury would be much more helpful idea. Secondly, products in general are too expensive

I love the prepared food section they have here. Sometimes you really just want a healthy meal to heat up and you don’t want to order takeaway - this is the perfect solution. The produce and selection of organic foods is always great as well - literally the only place I can find organic and all natural cranberry juice.

I was waiting years for a grocery shop to open near my house. It was worth the wait. This place sells great produce. It does come at a premium price but eggs and milk are both very reasonable. The cafe has nice coffee and cake too.

Brilliant selection of organic and otherwise healthy products, good selection of craft beers, spices and many more things. Also, the staff was very cheerful and helpful. If you are around in the area definitely worth a visit!

Has the biggest selection of organic foods you can find in Bristol and most of the products are reasonably priced. It’s an absolute heaven for vegan/vegetarian people.

Absolutely love better foods!! This is my go to shop to get all my refill items and their kombucha and alternative milk selections are great as well! I love that they have stamp system for refiled items and love how much different variety of foods you can buy that are organic and fair trade. The staff members are lovely as well and they have good covid measures with hand sanitisers around as well. One small amendments will be that the refill station for nuts and teas are a bit crammed in the entrance bit so it will be great if the teas or dome of the refill can move to other areas. Also having more varieties of seeds and nuts could be great as well. Also some items are a bit pricy so having some student discounts could help as well.Other than this absolutely love the shop and highly recommend it!
