Outstanding service from start to finish. I contacted BBD regarding one of the new Rolex models earlier in the week on the off chance it would be available. If you're into watch collecting then you know how hard it is to source a specific model especially a brand new model in this climate. I was told to put down my details and join a waitlist which is quite standard procedure. Having gone through this before elsewhere, I was not too optimistic about a call any time soon. To my complete surprise, out of the blue only a couple of days later I get a call saying my watch has come in and I can pick it up that day. I was shocked but said yes and got down to the store on the day. I was looked after by Becca who made the whole experience seamless and was very friendly throughout. What I loved most is that she reassured me that they are not like other dealers who want you to build up purchase history or join a non existant waitlist. Baker Brothers want you to get the watch you want, wear it and enjoy it. It has that local family run vibe and I'm so glad I tried them out, an absolute dream for someone who has a true passion for horology and wants a watch for the genuine love of collecting. I'd also add the COVID precautions taken in store were top notch. Thank you once again. The experience absolutely made my day!

I recently had the most incredible experience at Baker Brothers Bedford, and I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service I received. Initially, I had my mind set on purchasing a 2 carat lab grown emerald cut diamond ring with a plain band, as it was what my girlfriend had been hinting at. However, thanks to the knowledge and expertise of Kellie, I learned that choosing a real diamond would be a far better option. Kellie took the time to educate me about the various diamond cuts and explained the terminology used to grade diamonds. She took the time to explain to me that due the way it is cut, an emerald cut diamond with no halo or diamond band, wouldn't sparkle as brilliantly as I or my girlfriend had imagined. What impressed me most was the lack of pressure or rush during the entire sales process. Kellie and the entire team were incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient. They genuinely cared about finding the perfect ring for me and making sure I had a positive experience. I mentioned to Kellie that I intended to visit Hatton Garden, thinking it would be a high class shopping experience as it's known as the jewellery quarter of London. However, after my visit, I quickly realised the stark contrast between Baker Brothers and the other jewellers in Hatton Garden. Baker Brothers exuded professionalism and personalised service, while Hatton Garden felt more like a chaotic cattle market in comparison. Impressed with the level of service, I made a deposit on a stunning ring with an emerald cut, halo, and pavé band. As a watch enthusiast, I also had the pleasure of exploring some exquisite timepieces at Baker Brothers. Kellie generously allowed me the time to admire the Tudor Chronograph, Rolex Submariner, and my long-awaited favorite, the Blue Dial Rolex Datejust 41. To ensure I made the right decision regarding the ring, I asked Kellie if I could return with my girlfriend, Kristina, under the pretense of registering my interest in the Rolex Datejust. Kellie happily accommodated my request, and when we returned together, she thoughtfully presented Kristina with a variety of rings to gauge her reaction. To my delight and relief, Kristina loved the design of the ring I had placed the deposit on! After further consideration, Kellie and I decided to go for the same ring design but with a larger center diamond. I returned once again to Baker Brothers to compare sizes and ultimately made the purchase. The diamond needed to be set in the ring, so I would need to return to collect it. True to their exceptional service, Kellie made sure the ring was ready in time for my holiday in the Philippines, where I planned to propose to Kristina. The craftsmanship and beauty of the ring exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't have been more thrilled with the final product. Throughout this entire journey, I visited Baker Brothers a total of five times, and on each occasion, the service was nothing short of exceptional. My partner Derek and myself went to Baker Brothers Bedford and we were welcomed by Kellie. We found the perfect engagement ring for me. I love it. Kellie is absolutely amazing, friendly, funny, kind and professional and she has an extremely deep knowledge about diamonds. I have been a Baker Brothers customer for many years and have always had a first class service. Becky in particular has been extremely helpful recently in assisting me with a bespoke engagement ring, I can thoroughly recommend Baker Brothers and their superb team for all jewellery requirements.

So I knew of Baker Brothers from a friend and so when a new Tudor watch was released I called to see if they had it. I spoke to a very friendly and to be honest quite lovely lady on the phone. She took my details and said she would be in touch when one arrived. I googled the lady and was surprised to see she is a Director of Baker Brothers. I was surprised because she spoke in such a down to earth and friendly helpful way. Often people in her position are full of themselves but Rebecca was not at all, I was impressed. Today when I saw a Bedford number appear on my phone I nearly didnt pick up as I get a lot of nuisance calls, then I remembered I'd spoken with Baker Brothers. When I answered I was greeted by Caris, a very friendly and professional sales person. She explained that the watch I'd expressed an interest was here. I said I'd like to view it thinking it was just to view. But to my absolute delight it was available to buy. No one has ever called me to offer a watch for purchase and I didnt expect it, what a wonderful surprise. Once I was in Baker Brothers charming intimate Retailer with exposed wooden beams I was very interested to see how I was treated and how the staff treated and spoke to their customers. I was again very very impressed. ALL the staff I encountered were exceptional, genuinely friendly, professional, helpful, interested in their customers which sounds basic but in my experience is NOT. I didnt want to deal with a huge national chain and would much prefer to spend my money with an independent privately owned dealer. Thank you Caris you were brilliant, I hope to do business with you again soon. Thank you Rebecca, your staff are very very good. We spoke briefly but not as long as I'd of liked, you were busy though. The moral of the story is, answer unexpected unknown phone calls and visit Baker Brothers for your Jewellery and Watch needs. Well what can I say, probably the best and most enjoyable shopping experience for a long time. !! I've said it before and I'll say it again it's the people that make the difference.....and the welcome from the lovely ladies (wish I knew their names 🙄?) and their patience in helping my wife and I choose some earrings as a birthday resent made the whole experience memorable. Went to Baker Brothers for the 1st time to get my other half a Tag watch for his 40th. I rang up to reserve the watch as it was the only one I could find (its limited edition). Very friendly and informative on the phone call. When I went to the shop to pick up I was met by Carys who was great! She showed me the watch etc and took some links out. Exceptional Service and Warm Welcome! I recently visited Baker Brothers Jewellers and was truly impressed by the exceptional service and warm welcome I received. The staff, particularly Caris who assisted me, made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked in, even though I was a new client. I was referred by a friend and decided to make a purchase, a beautiful Platinum Ruby and Diamond ring for my wife. Even though Baker Brothers are a 2 hour drive from where I live, I was more than happy to travel because of their high recommendation. I also added my name to the Rolex waiting list. The staff's hospitality and assistance during my visits were exceptional, and I will most definitely be using Baker Brothers again. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I phoned in to inquire about a watch and booked an appointment for later that day. I was seen by Fenella who was brilliant in showing me the watch I’m interested in and gave me plenty of useful information. I live over an hour away from Baker Brothers and when I saw they had a few items of my interest I made an enquiry on a Monday morning and was delighted to speak with Lizzie. Hi This review is a few months overdue but I don't have anything negative to say about Baker Brothers. Becca sourced a Rolex for me after I visited the store on a complete whim. My wife has also bought a few bits of jewellery from the store and her experience has always been pleasurable. Its Bedford best kept secret!

Have just had two expensive rings of my wife's repaired, What a fantastic job they have done. When we picked them up it was just like they were brand new all over again. My good lady is over the moon with them, so it's a big thank you to them. The staff ( Lisa ) was great and the advise superb. The cost was less than I expected so great all round.
