I'm in here long before I consider Halfords who lets face it are selling overpriced junk. if Dave doesn't have it in his shop ask him to order it for you. use it or lose it, that simple.

My husband is always working on his car but gets to the point where he is missing a a few bolts, tools or something else. So he gives me a shopping list and I jump on a bus and head down to Falcon. They are very experienced, knowledgeable and always have the part needed. It is very handy that there are still shops like this. True customer service at its very best. Falcon has good bus routes and nearby parking, direct contact phone number to the shop and or always willing to offer advice or to check on stock.

I've only been on the road for a month and when I found out one of my brake lights was out, I naturally panicked, thinking it'd cost the earth to get it repaired. Dave sorted me out in 15 minutes, getting the part fitted there and then, also showing me how to do it myself in future. All for the grand sum of... £6.
