Amazing experience …… The receptionist/chaperone was so friendly and very welcoming. The Sonographer (Jonas) was very professional and explained everything extremely thoroughly throughout my scan. He also happily answered all of my questions. The best bit was I travelled just under 100 mile round trip to this clinic because they had quick appointments within days and they saw 45 minutes early. I also received all scan images and detailed healthcare report via email within 2 hours of my scan. Excellent service, amazing healthcare professionals and an unbeatable price. Would highly recommend to all 5+ stars !!!

Just went here today for a reassurance scan and they were amazing!! Right from when we got to the clinic the receptionist met us right at the door and let us know that we give parking permits if you need one, she was extremely friendly, I don’t remember her name but she had beautiful long hair! She then took us into the clinic and was very helpful with any questions we had. After we were called into the room the tech had me seated and was also extremely friendly and very reassuring! I was extremely happy with my experience here and couldn’t recommend them more!!! Absolutely amazing!!

Had an amazing experience at the Watford clinic last night. Both the receptionist and the sonographer were lovely, very polite and accommodating. Baby was in the wrong position so we were asked to have a walk and something go eat. Came back 20 minutes later and baby had moved. The 4D scan was very emotional and unforgettable. Even though I have an anterior placenta we managed to get a great view. The souvenirs received are incredible, along with an unexpected bottle and pacifier. 100% recommended and we will be back.

Booked a reassurance scan and from the moment we walked in I felt comfortable and everyone we saw was friendly and helpful. I have been for other private scans in the area and didn't feel as comfortable. I'd definitely book here again!

After looking online for a 4D baby scan I came across this one. I specifically chose this one as it was good value on Groupon (half-price, plus used a groupon voucher for a further discount) and it also gave more time than more popular baby scan clinics. It also provided the 4D scan, plus photos, video and key rings. I arrived on the day and was pleasantly surprised that the waiting room was empty which was nice. My first impressions was how clean and modern it was with a water cooler by the seats and a cabinet of cute photo frames. When it was my time to go in for my appointment, there was a sofa beside the bed for your guests and the monitor screen in front of you. The Sonographer explained everything and switched from different modes 2D/3D/4D to find the best images based on the baby's position, etc. My baby was asleep during it and my placenta was anterior, but we were still able to obtain good images and close ups of my baby's face, which was magical to see. After my appointment, I was given a £10 off voucher for a heart-beat teddy making it half-price plus you wait for your little pack which includes your report similar to the hospital one after a scan, your photos, your USB stick for your video and a baby magazine. They forgot to include my two key rings, but posted them to my address free of charge. I'd definitely recommend this 4D baby scan clinic and it's very easy to get to as well being a 5 minute walk from Watford High Street. Thanks Ultrasound Plus!

This place is incredible, they see me twice and then the third in an emergency earlier than my booking, thankyou so much for seeing me and making me a priority, lovely receptionist and a lovely sonographer ! I would recommend and if I am worrying again I will definitely be coming back, thankyou thankyou thankyou, and for the price it is totally worth every penny, we arrived before it was open and we were allowed to sit in the waiting room as it was ice cold outside, welcoming, kind, smiley and friendly, god bless you guys !

Been for an abdominal scan. Receptionist was very kind and Ammara was very lovely and she explain everything during ultrasound. On time with the appointment. Recommend

I was very disappointed at the level of service I received for the amount of money I paid. The sonographer just couldn't be bothered and it was so obvious, the whole thing was rushed and to be honest pointless. I definitely won't be going there again it was a waste of money.
