Went with a group of us (8) and the quality of the service and food was generally good though the steaks can be a bit hit and miss. Myself and another person both ordered a New York Strip and mine was brilliant but his was more bone and gristle than meat. The Black Forest Gateau was a hit for dessert though.

Absolutely amazing food and lovley helpful staff. 100% reccomend I took my mum here for her birthday and they honestly went above and beyond. Big massive thank you too Beata the waitress we had, and the chef nick for outstanding food and going out her way to do gluten Free for my mum. I will definitely be coming back.

The food was good. What needs improvement is the cleanliness my table was all sticky. The host also sat us next too a disabled toilet round the corner. In my opinion the tables shouldn’t be placed down there. We did ask for a different table which the host accommodated.

The food was incredible, outstanding (quoting the 9year old). I agree with her, it was fantastic. The waitress (Sophie) was brilliant and super kind. We all had a great time, the food for adults and children is really well thought out and executed.

First day of the new year. Team was wonderful, with a special mention for Mario, who - if he wasn’t working - we would’ve easily invited to join the meal. He was great company. Happy new year to all & thanks for being there on day one.

I came here on Tuesday for lunch with a good friend. Our waitress Beata was very attentive, and kind, served our drinks really quickly but gave us plenty of time to browse the menu. Food was lovely and good portion sizes. We really enjoyed our meal and time spent here.

Sophie, our server was kind and very attentive. The food was delicious as always. The only downfall was a couple of the drink garnishes weren’t the same as on the menu. But that’s a minor issue considering the amazing service we received. Will definitely be returning.

Its not just one thing The ambience of the place is amazing.. you genuinely feel like you're dining in Mayfair😍 the customer service is top notch. I went with my girlfriend for our anniversary and was treated to cocktails on the house. the food,the food,the food!! I was advised to go to this restaurant, that there is a good quality steak. But when I went to eat on July 25, 2023, I'm sad to say It's not as good as suggested, at least the table where I sat was not cleaned. There are food scraps that may have fallen on the napkin from the previous day on the table. However, even though the £32.95 fillet steak turned out to be good. but other food wasn't impressed, I paid £97.90 for 3 people and wouldn't go back.

Friendly, helpful, and respectful staff. Classic interior, not too bright or too dark. Food was delicious and great portion sizes for the sides and mains. Cocktails were interesting variations on classics, but did seem a little like premixed syrups with alcohol added. Only mildly disappointing things were that they didn’t have the butchers block available, nor the cocktail I initially wanted, and that both our meals arrived warm, not hot. But otherwise an enjoyable evening and definitely will be going back.

Went with a large group for a Christmas dinner. Food was okay, very disappointed the vegetarians in our group could not get the fish as they had run out. The alternative butternut squash wellington was not liked amongst them. The turkey roast was simple and I was shocked that all the veggies were plain boiled with no seasonings. Service was slow and we had to ask for the bill twice and waited over half an hour to pay. Overall disappointing and not worth the steep price.

We had a table of 16 for mums 90th Birthday. The venue and the staff were excellent and all of us down to the great grand children had a super-time. Our main server was Lucy and she managed our table really well ,was very attentive and professional. After dinner and desert she helped us with the big cake we’d brought with us and really closed the afternoon off on a high. Well done Lucy and your team - you couldn’t have done better. Food was great and thanks for helping with our group photos in the bar.

Trendy Steakhouse for good quality and selection. We had the Scallop and Chorizo Appetizer, followed by Blue Cheese salad wedges. Our main course was the Butcher's Block which contained a sampling of their 50 day and 30 day dry ages steaks. We complimented our entree with fresh greens, chips and Mediterranean Veggies. It was a fantastic meal and the aged steak melted in your mouth 👄.

On your booking confirmation it mentions a dress code. Smart casual/no sports wear it should mention whether trainers are allowed. I rang to check and we made an effort to dress up. When we arrived I didn't notice any restrictions on dress code. Girls in casual tank tops, men in shorts not smart casual T-shirts. I personally don't mind about what people wear but I think you need to address your dress code stipulations. As I was stressing about what my guests would be wearing and if they would be turned away. As it happened the dress code was way more relaxed than your dress code.

Wonderful service from start to finish. We enjoyed our food although both felt the steaks were under cooked from how we had asked for them to be done (although this didn't spoil the meal) I always feel that the tables of 2 are always too close together to fully relax.

Delicious steak. Amazing banoffee pie too! Food served in good time and our waitor was great. Would definitely come again! Only thing that wasn't great was the bao bun starter, I'll stick to Asian restaurants for Asian food next time 😆

Great atmosphere, amazing team and the food - simply stunning! I went for a catch up with an old friend and was absolutely delighted with the standard of service the team from greeting to ordering to (I think) the manageress or hostess. The atmosphere and setting was true M&C and the steak was PERFECTLY cooked. Could not recommend enough!
