Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff at this station Daryl ur a star u always so lovely and friendly and helpful and the guys in ticket office may look a bit stern but they are not I always find them so helpful and of course the ladies by ticket barriers I've only ever been met with a lovely smile we have a little chat I cannot fault the staff here unlike some other stations so a BIG shout out to you all whether Brighton or QE2 hospital etc and Cambridge on my journeys the trains have been on time bonus Chrissy with Blue hair🙂 don't forget to get a jumper in that colour Daryl 😅Thank you 😊

The manager at LGC station is hugely helpful, deserves some recognition, so here it is.. As far as stations go, it's pretty decent too.

The GTR team based at this station are very skilled at their jobs and very helpful. Unfortunately when things go wrong on the railway these guys are on the frontline and cop the criticism from passengers. The top team at GTR should be very proud of their team at LGC.

Very unhelpful and rude staff saying a a disabled person cannot use my scooter on the platforms who cannot and have papers to prove this and didn't want to know asked for they names and wouldn't give them will be going to local radio and see if they response I have papers from addenbrookes to prove this from addenbrookes professor if is anyone who can help me with this like disabled rights please help

Lovely old building, tidy well kept friendly. And it even has trains coming in now and again! Long platform also impressive.

An awful woman with short blonde hair, wearing glasses at the kiosk raised her voice at me and my boyfriend because we were confused about what ticket to buy and asked for a refund. She stated that we wasted her time and was rude to the both of us.

The day I was there staff were ignorant and not very helpful.

I missed my train today and the lady working at the station was the most helpful person! She made my journey so much better and gave me all the info I needed with out even having to ask! Great service! Thank you!

The entrance is very small, and when people at the beginning of the week are queueing to renew their ticket it's always a big mess. The toilets are a disaster, filthy and often without paper rolls. The waiting area, is just a hole! That's just because I have to commute, otherwise I would definitely avoid this place.

Trains direct to London and Cambridge.

Good service to and from London and Cambridge from this station but I hope that they start running many more Thameslink services to the south of London and beyond!

The people at the till are very helpful. The trains are delayed sometimes but that just happens. Come to Letchworth! 🙏🙏🙏

Nice place to visit with great shops, cafes and centre

Great to wander round the town with good choice of coffee shops plus a pretty big Morrisons which I have visited a few times before. Glad to see very clean streets, so hats off to those that put in the effort.

Use this place regularly. Morrisons have a free car park. There is a lovely cinema. Lots of independent shops. Some are tucked away though eg The Wynd. look up and admire the architecture.
