Great atmosphere, the staff and people who train there are very approachable and it's fairly priced compared to other gyms around Bedfordshire. Definitely recommend

Probably the friendliest gym I’ve ever been a member of. It’s not the cheapest gym, as seems to be the business model nowadays, but, if you pay a bit more, you get top notch equipment. There’s a great atmosphere here and it’s open when you want. The app is great too, you can see how busy it is and tailor your times to suit. If you want to train with motivated like minded individuals of all ages then this is the place to go.

Very good value, friendly atmosphere. Good range of free weights and enough machines if you're into them. As with most gyms it can get busy in the evenings but is quiet in the mornings

Great gym, open 24 hours and doesn’t get too busy early mornings. Also has the added bonus of a sauna and sun beds with physio on site too.

Small gym with not much equipment. Just enough but you don't have the luxury of choice really. Only 2 running machines which are almost always taken. The men's changing room is the smallest I've ever seen. Just big enough for about 4 people. £40 a month and they also charge an extra £20 a year for some nonsense they call an "enhancement fee". Never heard of this in any other gym. Total scam. If they want to enhance the gym it should come out of the £40month membership fee which is already steep for what you're getting. Lastly, the staff aren't very attentive and it always seems like you're bothering them if you need their help with something. When I canceled my membership, I was assisted at the front desk by the manager who told me it was taken care of and I won't be billed again... ..But I was. Called and complained and was just told to send an email to their office explaining the situation.

Before I went I found my self nervous but after entering I was welcomed by a friendly team, the gym is clean and well equipped! Everyone’s super friendly and the prices are very fair! highly recommend

Wish i joined sooner! Ive always been an avid gym goer and recently had a lot of anxiety even just going to a gym but im so glad i joined Vibes! The staff are always friendly and ive never been made to feel intimated or out of place so it’s definitely a space for everyone of every ability and training type to train. Vibes has everything you need, it maybe smaller then other gyms but then again people are trying to compare it to the PureGyms and TheGymGroup, Its an independent gym theyve done an amazing job to cater for all gym types (powerlifters and bodybuilders a like) Its a great addition too to sell shakes and pre workout

This gym is overall a real good place to train. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Friendly top staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Shefford.

I’m a visiting temporary member (my wife’s family is English and lives nearby), and my home gym for over 15 years is Golds Gym in Venice Beach California where Arnold Schwarzenegger trains. My personal trainer is Mike Ryan, who trained The Rock, so I know a thing or two about bodybuilding. I’ve been to many gyms in my life, and this is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. Huge selection of quality equipment, Italian machines I’ve never seen before, and great quality free weights. Highly recommend this place! So glad I found my gym at my home away from home.
