I'm
very
unhappy
with
the
treatment
I
have
received
as
a
loyal,
paying
customer
to
SLL.
I
wanted
to
cancel
my
membership
as
the
facilities
aren't
up
to
my
expectations
and
I
hadn't
been
attending
the
gym
as
much
as
I'd
like.
The
gym
itself
is
small
and
lacks
in
some
equipment
but
is
functional
for
a
half
decent
workout.
I
found
cancelling
my
membership
through
the
app
confusing
and
misleading
so
I
decided
to
cancel
my
direct
debit
as
this
is
normal
procedure
at
other
gyms.
I
was
then
threatened
via
email
to
reinstate
my
direct
debit
or
else
my
details
would
be
passed
onto
a
third
party
(debt
collection
agency).
I've
since
been
on
my
account
and
paid
the
outstanding
membership
fee
which
I
paid
before
it
was
actually
due
and
I've
still
received
two
letters
through
the
post
from
the
debt
collection
agency.
A
£15
fee
has
been
added
to
my
account
as
a
"non
submission
fee"
which
I
refuse
to
pay
as
I
think
it's
highly
unreasonable
and
also
I
don't
appreciate
the
threatening
manner
in
which
I've
been
spoken
too.
I
wouldn't
recommend
this
gym
to
anyone
and
I'd
certainly
think
before
signing
up
as
you
could
find
yourself
with
debt
collection
letters
through
your
door
if
you
miss
a
payment.
Worst
gym
service
I've
ever
experienced!
