I'm
being
picky,
but
as
a
disabled
person
I
found
the
location
of
the
disabled
parking
bays
at
the
back
strange
and
inconvenient
as
the
nearest
doors
were
locked
fire
exits.
If
staff
hadn't
seen
us
we
would
have
had
to
carry
my
luggage
all
the
way
round
the
building
to
the
front
door.
The
lift
was
interesting!
A
bit
dodgy,
no
good
for
a
wheelchair
user,
too
small
and
might
not
accommodate
a
carer
as
well;
the
buttons
too
high
to
use
on
their
own.
Bath/shower
no
good
for
elderly
or
disabled
and
no
bath
grips.
Besides
that,
the
rooms
were
clean
and
comfortable
and
the
facilities
for
tea
and
coffee
were
good.
We
had
to
have
someone
sort
the
bathroom
light
out
which
they
did
promptly.
Staff
were
really
helpful,
pleasant
and
friendly.
Food
was
delicious;
a
little
expensive,
maybe,
but
competitive
with
similar
type
restaurants.
Cooked
breakfast
included
was
beautiful
and
arrived
quickly.
Wonderful
overnight
stay,
thank
you.
Would
have
had
5
stars
if
not
for
the
disabled
issues.
