Very
nice
hotel.
Staff
is
incredibly
friendly
and
helpful.
Always
polite
and
happy.
There
was
a
limit
on
my
debit
card
for
daily
spending,
and
they
allowed
me
to
pay
off
the
bill
over
numerous
days
in
smaller
increments.
Also
very
good
prices
for
their
rooms,
and
good
options
for
beds
depending
on
how
many
people
are
sharing
a
room
or
families
with
children.
I
stayed
in
the
King
Room,
twice.
Bed
is
much
more
comfortable
than
most
hotels
I've
been
to.
It
has
two
windows,
and
two
skylights
which
open.
So
you
get
a
lot
of
natural
light.
It
also
has
a
fan,
which
when
combined
with
open
windows,
keeps
the
room
comfortably
cool.
It
also
has
three
radiators
in
the
room,
and
a
radiator
in
the
bathroom.
So
it's
easy
to
keep
warm
when
it's
cold
outside.
There's
also
a
desk
with
a
mirror
and
lighting,
so
great
for
using
your
laptop
on
or
for
hair
and
makeup.
Room
includes
a
blow
dryer
for
hair.
There's
a
comfortable
couch,
and
a
coffee
table,
to
sit
and
relax
on.
A
small
bistro
table
and
two
chairs
for
enjoying
a
meal.
There's
a
wardrobe
with
hangers
for
storing
clothes,
and
on
the
top
shelf
of
the
wardrobe
is
an
extra
blanket
in
case
you
are
very
chilly.
There's
a
small
doorless
cupboard
under
the
TV
which
has
a
kettle,
mugs,
water
glasses,
biscuits,
crisps,
bottles
of
water,
tea
(earl
grey
and
herbal),
instant
coffee,
and
little
containers
of
milk.
The
only
things
I
would
say
the
room
is
missing
is
a
mini
fridge
(I
think
most
hotels
these
days
have
one),
and
maybe
an
iron
and
ironing
board.
A
microwave
would
also
be
a
great
addition
with
the
mini
fridge.
Also,
the
bathroom
doesn't
seem
to
have
very
good
ventilation.
I
just
prop
the
door
open
after
a
shower
to
let
the
humidity
air
out
afterwards.
Those
are
not
nearly
enough
to
make
me
dislike
this
hotel
in
any
way.
Anytime
I
need
to
stay
in
the
Hitchin
area,
I
will
stay
here.
The
great
things
about
this
hotel
more
than
make
up
for
anything.
