Worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life. Rubbish location and parking. Terrible breakfast. Understaffed. Got told to clean my own room and handed bed sheets. No room service. No mini bar. Rooms aren't ventilated properly. AC doesn't work properly. Dirty rooms.

The reception was great Paul very attentive. The room was very clean and well appointed. The breakfast was well cooked with eggs being cooked while putting food on the plate, so they were nice and fresh. My partner went missing and three of the staff came to help. They were all brilliant I was given a taxi telephone number to call to get back to the hotel. That company were very poor after 11pm. But no reflection on the hotel staff.

The hotel itself was spotless. Very clean, very well presented. The staff were friendly, helpful and always there if you ever needed anything. To top it off, the breakfast was amazing, not pricey and would happily pay more for the quality.

LIVE LAUGH LOVE LETCHWORTH. I absolutely love the location would defiantly return to this hotel. However would not return to a premier inn if it was located in Hitchin (which it is not) Love Dane Raymont (age 47)

Great helpful staff. Our room was a little tired, needing a coat of paint. No room servicing during our 3 night stay. Although, there were drinks on show in the restaurant, the bar was never open.

We gp here for breakfast, £10 all you can eat and drink. It's cooked as its needed so can't complain and eggs to order

One of my favourite Premier Inns, newish building and central location. Plenty of car parks nearby which are often free overnight.

We have stayed here before and so know that parking is a short walk away. Good, modern and clean hotel that we would recommend. Good room facilities and shower. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment.

Check in was abysmal, the lift was not working, but will be fixed in a month !!! We are in our 70s. We carried suit cases and suit carriers to the 3rd floor,no offers of help,we'll of course not.. We took breakfast in Letchworth Town as the hotels offerings looked unpalatable, on our return, the room had been serviced, the duvet was just pulled over the the mattress and pillows left as they were, the towels were changed, that's a step in the right direction We had not checked out but our room was now devoid of electricity, yes we did put the card in the slot!! When the reception was manned it was by a gentleman who looked like a body builder who happily informed us the lift will be fixed tomorrow,it wasn't.!!! Letchworth seems like a lovely town and deserves better than this disgraceful showing at the Premier Inn. Station Rd Letchworth. If this was a school report it would read, must do a lot better and quickly.

Very clean and tidy. Staff very polite but not always available especially at reception, bedroom only had 3 tea bags and sink tap only working 50% apart from that very good 👍

Situated only 2 mins walk away from train station and 24hr parking. Perfectly sized rooms for a relaxed getaway, surprisingly minimal noise considering it's in the town.

Great breakfast for a non-staying guest. Excellent service and very good value for money.

A premier Inn! Clean tidy and good service. Breakfast is good and plenty of choice. Dinner menu lacking. But plenty of choice in the local area for takeaway or restaurant. Parking is sketchy, not hotels parking lot but public pay for, although free between 1800 and 0800, so not to bad.

Love this hotel! Great location near the train and lovely restaurants, but it is the staff that make this a great place. Highly recommend staying here if traveling between Cambridge and London.

We arrived at Premier Inn on Friday the 9th June we was welcomed by Alleen and Pete made us feel welcome and interacted with our daughter Eliza, which was really nice to see, the location to Premier Inn was good, we didn't have far to walk to the shops or the park. Lovely stay I would always recommend. Thank you.

Close to the station and centre of Letchworth. Fairly new Premier Inn. Everything you would expect from any Premier Inn except parking. The water was off when I went because the pipes had frozen. It was exceptionally cold though so I can't really fault them for that.

Fantastic location, in terms of the fact that it's very near to the train station. There are many great local takeaways, pubs, as well as food on site, and a Morrisons nearby. So you won't go hungry. The rooms are clean, presentable, warm, and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downfalls are: the decor in the room was a bit dated. Left of the window, I was met with a bad patch job and flaking paint whilst closing the curtains, and the other was the view. I stayed in 2 different rooms over 2 weeks, and one had a view of the car park, which was alright, but the other was a view of a brick wall. Other than those issues, some that can't be helped. It was a perfect stay. In terms of a business stay. Spot on.

First time staying in a Premier Inn Hotel and have to say I wasn't disappointed. Room and en suit was spotless and couldn't hear a peep from outside. The mattress was too hard we ended up with pain through our hips, backs and necks! Literally like sleeping on cement. Staff were very helpful and always around if you needed help.

We booked in at the last minute having been stranded by storm Eunice. Our room was very clean and spacious, with everything you need for an overnight stay. The staff were efficient, friendly and unobtrusive. We had a continental breakfast with a good choice of options. I would recommend this hotel

Nice clean tidy hotel, very quiet for town location. Staff very nice and helpful especially the guy on the desk/ who seemed to be in charge. Breakfast was very nice. One bay had buffet style hot one day was cooked to order because i guess it was quiet but both days had a continental buffet too. Room was very clean , beds comfortable and no outside noise. One of the best premier inns ive used,Would definitely stay again.

A fairly new hotel and not to big. Great that the breakfast restaurant is in the same building. Unfortunately they don't have a carpark, which for me is a real let down. Staff are quite pleasant at this hotel.

Visited Aug2022. It's a Premier Inn, a no-frills bed with optional breakfast. As always, clean and comfortable with all the basics provided with no need to fuss or ask for help. Sole criticism is this modern fad for sealing windows. "Fire safety" is likely to be the excuse (as if fire doors and other design elements of the hotel are no longer safe, effective and sufficient mitigations), but the reality is without openable windows, the guest is coerced into using the air conditioning, which is adverse (it causes dehydration, it uses energy inefficiently and generates avoidable carbon emissions). This particular hotel is recently built, so the choice to rely exclusively on electrically-powered air condition is a mystery to me.

Love this Premier Inn, well maintained and friendly. Great location. No on site parking, but public car park very close. Great breakfast, though worth trying the excellent restaurants in town as evening menu very limited.

Had a really enjoyable experience at this hotel. Rooms were very clean and tidy, staff went above and beyond, even the local taxi service we used from reception was amazing. Everyone was friendly and polite We will definitely be staying there again
