Js Grill are always brilliant, awesome food and friendly staff. Miles better than Nandos or KFC. BBQ wings and peri peri chicken both recommended 🤤. Incredible value too. If they delivered I think I'd be eating it way too much, so perhaps it's a blessing you have to collect 😆.

Food was ok ish. The thing that annoyed me was two young chaps order food one of them asked for tap water and he was told 50p for it. This is illegal. I politely told the server and showed her proof, just to get called a busy body. Again it’s against the law to charge for tap water

Was recommended this place in 2019 by the same person that recommended Cawsburger and Chicken George. I’m all in to support local independent businesses. Only got round to tasting this today and will not come back. The fried chicken was dry, too much heat lamp, too long. Frozen chips can be very good, these were so undercooked that they were white. The children chicken steak burger tasted like nothing and it was all bread. The lemon and herb chicken was decent - on the dry side though. Ah, and I waited for 40 minutes for my order. It would be great if the staff were trained to warn customers and say something like “the current wait is 30-45 minutes, is that ok?”. I’ve seen you respond to reviews and I support this. Not sure if today was an anomaly, but it wasn’t good at all.

First time using here and probably the last unfortunately. Service was great, couldn’t fault it but…… when we got back to eat our chicken burgers it was salt overload. Someone must have made a mistake. Neither of us could finish our burger (I had the blaze and g/f had standard burger). Fries were great but honestly salt content was off the scale!! Shame

Js grill is the perfect treat for a take out. We have always had great food from here at an added bonus that they do NHS discount. Thank you guys.

Really good food, polite staff and great value for money

Usually absolutely love the food however this time chicken was full of gristle in the grilled chicken wrap and my partners burger wasn’t up to scratch bun was completely stale! Such a shame as we usually absolutely love this place and are always happy to drive 30 mins away from home to get it but thoroughly disappointed.

Great food, but rubbish opening times. Website and pamphlets say 10pm, shut at 8pm. Which one is it??

On point! Only ever ordered twice over the last few years as it's collection and I didnt drive, but both times have been very good. Ordered again tonight and still the food is really very nice!! Seems like whatever they're doing keeps a good consistent quality. Customer service great and definitely, by far the better chicken burgers in the local areas! Blazin burger is 👌 Huge portions of chips, presented well, generous with the sauces and quite decent prices too. Can't go wrong with that...

Service has got a bit slow on a Saturday. Also I love js grill fries but all of our fries tasted stale and hollow like no potatoe inside the fries. So odd, I don't understand why they have come out like this. Maybe fried for too long.
