Andreas seems to be suffering from steroid rage. Will not be going to this gym and will never recommend it to anyone.

attending a one session visit with one of my friends, I can say one of the worst environments I'd ever been to. impolite staff and dirty space.

Give it stars because the owner kept it open during fake pandemy.

Way too cramped of a gym. There's maybe 4 benches and 2-3 of them aren't even proper benches but tiny excuses for one. Theacl of ventilation shows. Lack of windows on the main gym floor cause lot of humidity. Equipment is very lacking. Like maybe 1 of each arm machine. Stupid how there's only 1 preacher curl. And only 1 dedicated bench press. Overall there's a good variety of machines but spot of it is in a state of disrepair or not clean. Overall feels like the owner is maximising profits over maintaining and expanding the gym itself.

This gym has it all... - Quality strength equipment - customer service 10/10 - operating times - friendly / family vibe atmosphere - very spacious and well organised. There selection of food and shakes is superb and never gets boring. Recommend this gym if you are purely getting back into fitness , body building or preparing for a competition this is the place to be !

I rate old style gyms like this. Much better than conventional stuff and at a good price. Even offered ice in my tap water. Just needs to chill with putting weight away. I like to super set with a couple exercises when it’s not busy. I’m going to put the weight back. Not a fan of someone tracking me.

The reception staff was great, customer service was really good And gave me advice on my workouts I do. This gym is very welcoming, really recommended. Everyone will love this gym as it has a lot of machines to do your exercises.

The best and by far my favourite gym in London…some of the equipment you just won’t find anywhere else in the uk. The atmosphere and the staff are all outstanding. Not a member but when I’m local will always make sure I get a session in here. Thanks✌🏻

Really splendid gym if you're serious about your training. Some great equipment, an almost infinite number of plates and massive dumbells. A bit tight on space in places.

Most highly recommended. A proper gym for those who are serious about getting fit & strong. With very friendly staff and clientèle, it is extremely well equipped with a large selection of cardio equipment, weight machines & an extensive collection of free weights. There is free off-street parking & they sell food & refreshments. Love this place, like a home from home, 10 out of 10.

Best gym I’ve been to by far. Diverse machines and maintained on exceptional standards if somethings broken gets fixed right away, new machines being added and constantly upgrading. Prices are so reasonable and if I forget anything they sell such comfy stylish clothing and latest supplements and products can always just buy them and there if I’m out. Staff and owner are approachable and they create such a safe environment for women to train in. Love this gym

Great gym and equipment. Hardcore body builders use the gym and it does push you harder in the gym. Personal trainers are always available as there are so many of them that work there. A lot of body building competitors use the gym to, so you do end up bumping into a few famous people!

Best gym I’ve ever trained at!! The gym is spotless, the staff are great & helpful. The environment is spot on & they have so much machines & free weights. You literally can’t ask for anything more.

This is THE Gym:amazing and constantly improving.Owned and run by nice real people and not corporate robots.The variety of the machines is absolutely great and it could easily compete with an hardcore American gym like Metroflex.I doubt there is anywhere better in London.You have no excuses ?

Friendly and down to earth staff, good equipment, amazing like minded people and if something is broken it’s not long till it’s fixed. Great atmosphere and not a dead gym!
