I had a complex series of coloured graphics to copy and this branch of Mail Box Etc helped me get the best results. They were polite, professional and helpful. I have visited several times and the service is always excellent.

I printed off some work at this shop and it couldn't have been more than 35 pages of A3 work and I was told only after everything was printed off that the price was almost £1 per page. This conversation would have been nice to have had before the printing had begun because I was pretty shocked at the total price. Check prices before printing as there's apparently no turning back once its out!

All the post services you could need and amazing customer service - Shantel was mega helpful and even looked after my bike for me without being asked when I made the mistake of leaving it riskily parked outside. Thank you!

I went to MBE Lewisham this morning and all the excellent reviews I read earlier about this place and overall Shantel who welcomed me and dealt with my parcel are just still so far from the reality! What a fantastic professional and exquisite person Shantel is! I am so happy and delighted to have found such a place with a customer service far beyond any of my expectations! I struggled to find a cardboard box for the guitar I needed to expedite but Shantel built one with two boxes that just fitted at the perfection and with all the extra care to protect my fragile item. Dear Shantel, I can't thank you enough for your attention and professionalism but also for being this funny, smiling and kind person who made my experience today a real pleasure, you are such a wonderful gem! Was closed at 4:40 when I arrived with two big boxes. 👎👎👎

Aufull. having used printing shops for several years all over the country, I decided to use one closer to home. I printed an A2 which had printer lines all over it with bairly any ink on the page. i was told to pay for it because thats how "it came out" Having been an artworker for 5 years i know that this was clearly a printer issue and it was unusable, i was also told to pay for several A1's that came out A4 size, dispite them being formated correctly. simple printer issues that can and should be sorted in 5 minutes. The Lady serving me tried to argue and force me to pay for the terrible unsable prints that where completly destroyed. Never had any issues like this at any printshop so i would avoid.

I was charged extra because I emailed my material to the person to print them out, but this is normal in every printing shop otherwise how are you supposed to print the materials? This is a total rip of! Plus he charged double because i asked for printing on both sides of the white pages. And after I refused to pay extra to him because he used the computer to print my materials the guy working there threatened me so I had to pay for nothing. Stay away!

I went to mail boxes, in Lewisham/Lee High Road, to send a small letter to portugal. Normally I pay £2.20 at royal mail shops; here I was charged £2.85.when I questioned it I was told that's the correct price because they are not royal mail. How can they justify charging £0.65 more? And the costumer service is non existent. Pure robery:Avoid!!!
