Beautiful place with clean rooms and great pool area. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to assist Food tasted great also.

21/092023 The worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. My shower had no hot water and my aircon wasn’t working and so instead of switching my room I was told they weren’t authorized to do so. So I had to stay in that faulty room and shower in a room so far out. What kind of service is that? Never using Phudzi again If I could give zero stars I could

Great hotel! Rooms, bed, bathroom are comfortable, quiet, clean. Good pool and good food in the restaurant, beautiful on top of it all. Good parking, good location, perfect. Friendly service. Thank you!

It's a good place for socialising

Visit often for food and drinks. Service is a bit slow but still one of the best in town

Improve customer service, tables needed cleaning at breakfast often. Overall its an OK place if you won't be spending most of your time at the hotel

It was cool, actually really comfortable

As always, the service and cleanliness is perfect. I will always have one complaint, the showers don't have doors! But it is my preferred lodge in Letlhakane. I have not yet stayed anywhere that compares to Phudzi yet.

Lovely place great environment and affordable

It was difficult to navigate to it since I was from South Africa. However it was worth getting lost. The rooms were clean and more than what I expected. The shower was a delight. The staff made the stay more comfortable and welcoming. They have a laundry service that do a spectacular job. The pool side area with their chairs are the best feature for me. I would give them five stars but their breakfast is a bit of a let down. The food is not their best service.

Great customer service. I couldn’t make it to Letlhakane and they saved the days for me. Would definitely sleep there again when I pass by/ visit.
