  The location of the property is convenient for me. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are large, clean, and well maintained. It was a pleasant stay and met my expectations.

  Quality Hotel with well equipped rooms and quality Restaurant. We were happily surprised about the Vegan options in the restaurant including vegan sorbet dessert! Restaurant with relaxed atmosphere in spacious cosy environment, good vegan food and friendly waiters. We'll definitely be back for dinner!

  We had dinner here on sunday evening, with 2 small kids (4&1) its always a challenge :-) With the restaurant crew taking time to interact with the kids we all felt comfortable and were able to enjoy our food. During dessert the kids played in the playing room. We had a positive experience and will definetely come again, thanks!

  Very nice facility, was on a business trip for a day, had to check in at 2 am in the morning & the hotel accommodated me. Hotel has a unique access to rooms, rooms with even numbers are in Tower 2 & odd numbers in Tower 1 so just check your room number before you take the lift. Restaurant on first floor is used for breakfast serving. Usual continental breakfast with hot omelettes prepared while you look around. Good choice of cornflakes and a lavish sitting area. They also have outdoor sitting. A good place to stay if you are visiting Leusden.

  Great hotel. Price was good compared to the others. I was very impressed with first look. I could say definitely, I would use it again. Extra option was to rent a bike and electric bikes too. Closed to supermarkets (Jumbo, Lidl), done like 15min morning walk. There is great sitting area on the terrace and view on the pond with glass of wine. Like it!

  A great place to stopover on the way from northern Germany to France or the channel ports. Lovely big rooms with balcony and walk in showers. Professional and efficient service with a good breakfast selection. The city centre is only ten minutes by car with pleny of nice restaurants in the pedestrian zone. The hotel is also installing electric car charging stations which makes it even more attractive in future

  The rooms are spacious, clean and have all the basics you could wish for. The restaurant is fine. Amidst the current severe employee shortage, you will find the more experienced and the newer serving personel. However, they're all correct.

  very large room with nice balcony. covered car park however: slow internet , no refrigerator . Dinner rated 5 on the scale of 1 to 10, but complain compensated with 2 glasses of wine!

  The service was very friendly and we got the large room we paid for. Breakfast was good, for which you needed to improvise with a table in your room due to covid-safety (made sense). Other than that the room needed a lot of upkeep. You could see damages all over the place. Also a few amenities were missing (e.g. minibar) that were listed as present. Overal seeing the price of the room if figure I don't think it lives up to it.

  the room is a bit old fashioned but overall nice. the bathroom was dirty, there was dust, and limescale everywhere. The breakfast was plentiful but the vegan options were few (only fruit). I had to ask for soy milk but the staff was very nice to provide it for me.

  Rooms are big and comfy but there is fan in bathroom which cannot be switched off and it makes noise at night. Also seem there is big group of refugees being placed in this hotel and they make a lot of noise in "Even numbers tower".

  During our stay, we were satisfied with our rooms, and the location was easy to find, but there's room for improvement when it comes to service, referring to our dinner at the restaurant. While we were received and escorted to our table, it was all empty. No cutlery or napkins, nothing. We had to wait for 10 or 15 minutes until a waitress showed up to take our orders. At first, our appetizers came without cutlery or napkins. Are we supposed to eat it with our hands? Then we asked for it and received it, and yet it came on a plate with only one napkin while we were just the two of us. Are we supposed to share it? This is unacceptable. After having our main course, we waited another 10 or 15 minutes for our desserts, which we decided to decline. Our experience with this was unpleasant with such a terrible performance. Our stay in our rooms was okay; the dinner and breakfast were mediocre; but the service at the restaurant was disastrous, which is disgraceful. My suggestion would be to train your waiters and waitresses in receiving their guests, taking their orders, and presenting their tables.

  Stayed in a family room, which is bigger than average. Hotel looked nice and was beautiful decorated. BUT, the service was super poor!! No good communication between the van der valk team. We ordered for example breakfast at 7 a.m. but NOTHING was arranged.we had to wat until 7.20 to do breakfast. SUPER POOR SERVICE!!! The team need to learn a lot still to give their customers the poper service. Unbelievable how bad this was within this beautiful wellknown hotel company.

  Lunch menu was already very poor, but when the selected item arrived it was even worse. Poor presentation and ‘just warm’. Manager showed up and explained it was due to staff shortages. Hopefully better next time.
