I bought an office chair with them back in 2014. Recently, one of the armrests got damaged and I reached out to inquire about a replacement armrest. I wasn't hopeful since the chair was already 7 years old. But I got a message back that they would send me two new armrests at no cost 🤩. Talking about service! What a service-centric company!

I bought an ergonomic chair and after more than a month it still feels like doing the right choice. You can try out the chairs in the store and make your own mind - highly recommended.
