Extremely nice decor. Nice bar area with a wide selection of both mixed drinks as well as a very large selection of very special wines and champagne. One of the members had a maple smoked old fashioned drink. Very nice presentation. I tried a tiny bit I thought it would be sweeter with the maple flavoring but it was very nice and it added to the smokey flavor. Appetizers were very delicious. I had mozzarella with fresh tomato with something drizzled over the top. Nice flavor. One of the people with me had a tomahawk steak. They said it was cooked perfectly. I had the Bayman's s Pasta. The fresh lemon pepper linguine was homemade, nothing like I had ever tasted before as well as a much nicer texture than store-bought. One member had the glazed New Zealand lamb chop. Presentation was very nice and she said it was very good. Multiple people shared different sushi and it was very fresh. Two different types of fresh salad that were really good. We were celebrating a birthday and they brought out some donuts drizzled with I believe it was caramel and was topped with two different types of chocolate, white and milk chocolate. Overall a great experience. Slightly disappointed on two counts. The first was we had to ask multiple times during the meal for empty dishes to be removed so that the next plate of food could be brought in and placed on the table. Secondly, the waiter knocked over a full drink on a guest at our table on his brand new white shirt and black pants. Not much was said about it which is disappointing. Other than that it was a very very nice experience.

Impeccable Service and Delicious food. Best service and staff I have ever seen. Dinner and Desserts were made to perfection. Reservations are highly recommended. Free valet parking. There was plenty of seating. There is a bar on location. I will definitely eat here again.

Went to this restaurant for a friend'a birthday. The fine dining experience was amazing. The food was delicious and the drinks were strong. The lighting is not the best for pictures but the decor is beautiful. I especially enjoyed the Wagyu steak special and the creamed spinach. The steak was prepared, perfect temperature and seasoned. The lamb chops has a lot of potential with some salt and pepper. The calamari was great. I would definitely go back.

Good restaurant with good food. Nice ambiance and friendly staff and waiters. The food was solid. The wagyu steak was good, not great. Sushi was also solid. I wouldn’t say the food is spectacular, especially for the price, but it was still pretty good. Still a good experience only negative was it was very loud with some rowdy tables nearby.

I had a wonderful experience here dining with my family, celebrating my birthday.. From parking to paying the bill everyone was friendly, cordial, polite and helpful.. Shout-out to maître D Tory & Valerie.. Our waiters Jason & Freddy are definitely top notch with their service.. And Manager’s Cliff & Albert are extremely great hosts, they make you feel welcome and they were very attentive and genuine.. Thanks folks for your hospitality, great service and delicious food. I’d definitely recommend visiting this restaurant for lunch, dinner, and any special occasions.

This is such a nice place for a special night out! The decor alone is enough to come here for. We made reservations and when we arrived, we were quickly seated. The waiters were very attentive and kind. I wasn't sure on what wine I wanted so they let me try 4 different ones till my picky self could decide. Dinner did not take very long but it wasn't a busy night when we went. Everyone was dressed to the 9's. There is a cute bar to hangout after at if you dont wanna go home. Only downside is it's a little pricey for the food portion but the great quality of everything makes it worth it!

I just want it to be known that I’ve been to plenty of restaurants and this is my first time ever that I feel like I must leave a review. For starters, the decor and ambiance is what sold me at first site. The food and service was just as good! If you’re planning to come here and not sure on what to order no worries, the waiters take their time and explain each thing. It’s true that the waiters are very attentive and assist whenever needed. We were greeted by the manager Cliff who made my partner and I night exceed our expectations. He was very welcoming, informative and made sure we were well and didn’t need of anything the entire night. He called us by our names each time he engaged with us which we never experienced before 10/10! We’ll be back soon. Thank you to Cliff and all the amazing staff

We were seated on a second floor loft private room. It over looked the bar area so we were able to view the televisions. The atmosphere is nothing short of exemplary. Service was amazing. We were greeted and welcomed by the restaurant manager before we ordered and assured us he stood 100% behind anything put on the plate sat before us. I ordered the colossal shrimp it needed some seasoning. , steak lobster tails were good just a tad dry. Drink menu was also great. Had a wonderful time. Make sure table has salt n pepper as u will need it. Very very expensive bring the bank.

Rare650 Steakhouse is located in Jericho, NY. Welcoming staff, nice ambient, not as crispy attire as to Opus Steakhouse. There are multiple halls and setups, and a terrace, which offer the option of catering and hosting banquets and weddings. The scallops on a couscous bed were amazingly melting in the mouth. The proseco was decent. Guaranteed a pleasant and successful dinner. For this reason I would like to give credit where credit is due.

My wife and I decided on Rare650 for our anniversary. The food, cocktails, and service were great. When confirming our reservation, we mentioned that it was our anniversary. They ended up giving us dessert on the house as a nice gesture with a candle to celebrate. Overall, it was a great experience.

A high end steak house, prices start at $20 per salad up to $100 for prime rib or lobster. Service was professional (only male waiters) they could not split the bill between the 5 members in our group. I ordered a salad was mixed greens strawberries and pecans. I asked for vinaigrette on the side (was very thick could not be poured easily) octopus was fantastic with a spicy sauce leaving you wanting more! Overall very fancy location and presentation. Food was good.

Amazing food and service with a good selection of wines. Their Monday to Wednesday dinner specials are a good deal. One caveat is that kids might not like the complex flavors of their Mac and cheese, but I enjoyed it very much.

Overall experience was wonderful. The vibe there was very elegant yet somewhat casual. I love the attentiveness of some of the waiters. The food was delicious. Although I wouldn’t say I’ll be back soon for it is a high end location but it’s a wonderful location for special events for sure.

We had 2 of the specials and some of their regular menu items. The steak and the scallops were expertly prepared and cooked to our exact specifications. They were fresh and flavourful. Our cocktails had the right amount of sweetness, and one of them even had a fun presentation. The service was spectacular! James and Merlin were very attentive, polite, and friendly. I highly recommend anyone who is celebrating a special day to reserve a table in advance to make sure to get a spot because it gets really busy quickly.

No wonder this restaurant is one of best on the north shore. First time visiting and the meal was one of the best I had in 2023. the Ribeye was perfectly cooked with great marbling. the Butter enhancement certainly enhanced already great flavor. Appetizers were delicious. We tried the grilled spanish octopus, mussels, and shrimp cocktail. All of which were perfect. Only reason i’m giving 4 stars was the service wasn’t excellent. we got there before a dinner rush and it took a while for a waiter to come over (had to ask for our server after about 10 minutes). Also, the parking situation is a S-show. it’s only valet and the line to get in was down the road of jericho turnpike

I attended a wedding recently. The cocktail hour was in one room and then the main course was in the glass Conservatory. This room was beautiful with tropical plants and in the evening you can see the stars above. The food was exceptional and the seafood was excellent. The service was very good and attentive. We were a venue of 70 people and fit comfortably in the room. We had a band and a small dance floor in the middle with 70 people. The drinks were good and a little strong if you prefer that. A beautiful venue location. Prices vary for venues but average 200 a person.

Brought my mother here to celebrate her birthday I brought my daughter along and we overall had a good time. The ambiance is nice simple decor and it was spacious between tables. The room we were seated in was just tables and chairs. I do believe there may be a small seating area outside but it was cold so I am unsure. We had about 3 people coming to our table to take orders and honestly we didn't know who was the main server. One guy was very nice and moved quickly, the other seemed to be spaced out not really paying attention and the other just dropped some dishes to the table. For appetizer I ordered the Imported Burrata which the server made seem it was a larger plate than it was. It was a good dish overall and was fresh. I also got the shrimp tempura which was mainly for my daughter she enjoyed it. For entree I got the 3 course meal for $69 pp with this I ordered butternut squash ravioli it was really good I enjoyed the crunch from the pine nuts, colossal crab stuffed sole which was soft had a good flavor it was something new for me the deal was supposed to come with a dessert but the server added my dessert to my mothers birthday platter instead of giving the option. My mother got the 8oz lobster tail $75 and we ordered a bunch of sides I was unable to get the spinach because they were out and that's was one side that I really was looking forward to so instead we got the asparagus, fries, Mac and cheese & mashed potatoes. The dessert platter had many items on it to much to eat at once but it was nice. I have been to the sister restaurants and this one is so far my least favorite.

I’ll start with the cliche- “I never write any reviews” because I think that’s most important. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever felt the need to write one before. In this instance, my experience was so distasteful with this establishment that I felt it was only right to warn patrons of the terrible service and afford them the chance to take their business elsewhere. My group of 15 people made a reservation for a birthday celebration. Not sure what the reason for taking reservations is considering ours was not honored. In any case we waited almost half hour to be seated anyway. We were tucked in a corner in what appeared to be the only space left in the restaurant. Our server came to the table to take the order, bring our food and drinks, and collect the check total. We had to go to the bar to get our own drinks since we were there to celebrate after all. I ordered fish and took only a bite because the taste was rancid. I could continue with the terrible experience but I rather just end it with a warning to stay far away from this place. It’s over priced and not worth the trouble.

Had reservations for a special event. Attentive staff and great food. We had the special shrimp crusted red snapper and seared scallops with couscous and butternut squash. Absolutely delicious. Location is easy to get to and they have valet parking. I highly recommend it for special events for couples.

I've recently dined at Rare650, and I'm thrilled to share my experience! I've been to my fair share of steakhouses, but Rare650 is now one of my absolute favorites! The staff was on point, and I appreciated how knowledgeable they were about the menu. I started with the lobster bisque soup, and oh my, it was divine! The porterhouse was cooked to perfection, and I have to say, it was one of the best I've ever had. I'm usually not a fan of creamed spinach, but the chef's recipe was a game-changer! The sides were all delicious, and my server recommended a wine that paired so well with my meal. I finished with a warm apple pie, and I'm still dreaming about it! The atmosphere was elegant and sophisticated, and I felt very pampered throughout the entire evening. Overall, Rare650 is the real deal, and I'll be returning soon!

I love Rare. Great food and drinks, ambiance and atmosphere. It's always a good vibe. My last visit on a Friday night was made very special by my beautiful waitresses Amanda and Michelle. They were very attentive, super friendly. Food and drinks arrived very fast. Very professional service. A+. I will be definitely returning. Many thanks.🥰

I went to dinner last night with my husband and daughter. We sat down right away and were greeted by Amanda and Freddy. They were both very knowledgeable and friendly! Amanda recommended this awesome drink called “Route 135”. It was delicious and the presentation was outstanding! Amanda was beyond accommodating to my daughter’s gluten allergy and made sure everything came out right. She also went out of her way to ask the chef if he can make me a dragon roll that was not on the menu. All the food came out delicious and hot with excellent presentation. We will definitely be coming back to see Amanda and Freddy again!

As expensive the menu is, the more nit picky I should be. Food was great. I loved the less expensive empress roll (best to date) over the american wagu tomahawk. Steak was very well cooked and nothing to complain about. Steak sauce a little too sweet for my taste but good. Took a star away because the waiter forgot about my wife's drink twice and took our menus before even taking our order. Nit picky but for the price it should be perfect. I would go again.

superb. just all around superb. the decor, the service, the food. the staff was super friendly. waiters were funny, and the manager was very charismatic. and the food was flawless. every bite of every dish couldn't have been savored more. it is very much on the pricier side so can't go very often (and yet this was actually my 2nd time ever) but it was worth every penny

We had such a great experience. It was so beautiful and our waiter was knowledgeable and made great recommendations. The food was so delicious and prepared perfectly. The donuts were something I'll be thinking about for a while. Cannot wait to go back to this amazing steak house.

Truly enjoyed the food and service. The owner visited our table and came back at the end of the evening to check on our experience and referred to us by name. Louder crowd than I expected, but we enjoyed our meal from appetizers to dessert.

So it was after long time I went to Rare65 to Celebrate my birthday. Among the food, The rolls are my favorite. I had Chilean Sea bass for main course which I personally feel was slightly over cooked, My friends had steak and lobster tail that they enjoyed. The only bummer was the service. After we complaint to the manager our server was changed because he had bad attitude. In service/ hospitality industry its important to the make the customer happy & satisfied. Nobody wants to deal with an angry server ! Other than that it was good experience.

What an awesome experience! There’s not enough stars for the customer service delivered to us when we dined at Rare650 for the first time. Two to three servers assigned to our table were very attentive, respectful, friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The food was delicious, the bone in rib steak was perfectly grilled to our preference and was pretty tasty naturally without any additional sauce. One of the managers came over to check on us and spent about 5-10 mins explaining the best things on the menu we should try and special items for the evening. It was my wife’s birthday, they were informed of that from the reservation and didn’t forget. She was able to get a complimentary 2 sugar donuts dessert with a candle. That’s was an excellent gesture to cover the item for her due to the occasion. We will definitely be dining again there and bringing along our family for another excellent time. Thank you!!
