    First I would like to say that I love the customer service here. I met the manager Deme Turner and he instantly took care of a misunderstanding on an order that made me feel very comfortable and respected without question or hesitation. I was very excited to learn that his mom was the owner of this location right here at 13 Mile in Southfield road. It's a black owned business and the store is very clean and the customer service is outstanding and don't let me forget the food is the bomb. It's hot it's fresh and I couldn't ask for anything better to settle my hunger right now.

    Oct 15, 2022 I stop by this Tim Hortons with my puppy after going for a walk. They where very slow and no one else in line. I asked if they had a pup cup just wanted to give her a treat was told they don't do that here. Now this is the first Tim Hortons I have ever been to that does not do pup cups if there not busy. I go to Tim Hortons every morning get 2 orders of omelet bits large coffee and donut every day 7 days a week. They know lost my 9.60 I spent every day not much but thats $3,504 a year I will no longer be spending there. And was told they stop serving breakfast foods after 3pm. Will now be going to another place and there are other places then Tim Hortons.

    I regret not taking a picture of the coffee handed to me from this establishment. Freaking ridiculous! It was milk with a hint of coffee. It wasn’t even warm to the touch. The person working the window was rude. From this experience, I don’t see the hype about Tim Hortons and will not be throwing my money that way.

    I have 2 Hortons between my house . One of them is literally 5 minute drive and the other is 20 minute drive . I will ALWAYS go out of my way for the Hortons on military Rd. And Saunders settlement. I'm not sure, if its listening skills, or education past 1st grade level but they( SAUNDERS SETTLEMENT ) ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS gets my order right!!! Never have I ever walked away being upset my order is wrong. There should be a spot for 10 stars . And i may add both cafes have teenagers working . I just can't figure out what the disconnect is . The other one near my house EVERY TIME screws up my order EVERY. TIME. To the staff at saunders settlement 10 STARS !!!!

    This Tim Hortons is absolutely terrible!!! Went inside to order, no customers but I could hear employees in the back. After two minutes of standing there, I realized there is a bell on the high part of the counter. Ring the bell, another minute and I finally see an employee and make eye contact with them. But the ignored me and went into the back again. I then waived my hand and got the attention of an employee working the drive-thru window. They stated that the lobby is closed and the only have two employees working today, turned around and walked away. How would anyone know that with the door unlocked and all of the lights on?! I was now late to where I was going so I just grabbed something at the connected gas station. I completely understand being short handed and having to close the lobby. But the lack of the most basic customer service is my real beef. Will never be going to this location again!

    Such a fresh fast-food experience! The food and coffee was amazing. Ever single member is my family enjoyed their sandwich. Best coffee I've had this whole trip. We will find another restaurant from this chain on our travels for sure!

    Horrible job. Been in here twice. The first time no one was even in the building they were outside playing around with friends. The second time our order was all messed up and the worker did not even know what cold foam was and thought whip cream was it. Never come here.

    I do not know what’s wrong with this particular Tim Hortons. I work close by, and I order a croissant and cappuccino. I ordered my croissant toasted with butter; on 3 or 4 occasions. Every time I’ve been there, my croissants has been hard, and the butter just slathered on not melted at all. I do believe they pre toast the croissant and leave them out; so, when a customer places an order; they sale it. If the manager or management team member read this; please make/cook food to people order. Do not make it a head of time. I pay my coins and I should be able to get my breakfast hot and tasty. I work in healthcare, and I do not have the time to go reheat or go to another Restaurant or cafeteria. Please do better! Today I decided to give them another try; I ordered the same as last time which was a toasted croissant with butter a large French vanilla cappuccino and 20 honey Tim bits; for my office {Tim bits were dry, hard and stale}. Croissant was not hot or warm and the butter was not melted on the croissant just like the last time. The cappuccino was just luke-warm watered-down milk. Very disappointing! Maybe the workers need more training in how to prepare the food and drinks.

    Tim Hortons Management @ 13 Mile & Southfield. I frequent your restaurant semi regularly to pick up breakfast for my wife. Every time I have bought a bagel with cream cheese, it’s been a bagel with next to no cream cheese! See attached photo. When you’re charging customers $1.5+ for cream cheese alone, please actually put cream cheese on it.

    Went in this morning and the people behind the counter lacked costumer service skills. They weren’t friendly (not even a how are you?”, messed up my entire order multiple times, I had to constantly make sure that what I was received was right (it wasn’t), they barely paid attention to my order.

    There is a wonderful lady who works the drive through. she seems managerial, if she is not there good luck! they cannot fulfill the most simple request correctly. Many can't reload a Tim Horton card seriously. Sad because its the only one on my route. Would never go inside, and I stop ordering sandwiches

    They left the red top of whip cream in an acquaintance’s coffee and just told her she might have a little surprise in her cup. Didn’t make a new cup but rather thought it would be cute to just let her know. Disgusting cross contamination. In a time where COVID is still very active.

    Don’t expect fast responses when you walk in, and don’t believe the menu board because every single item I asked about was out or they didn’t make, tuna salad-nope, chipotle chicken wrap - nope. Check your bag BEFORE you leave because they don’t care about accuracy either

    They need to update this Google page to let customers know that their card machine is down. After trying to order ahead of time on the app, I only found out once I stepped in the restaurant. Even worse, after being told after the fact that they've been down for two days, another employee walked next to the cashier who told me their card machine was for cash only, and was VERY rude by obnoxiously repeating "Cash Only" in a shrill voice. It's not bad enough when this place was generally slow with my orders when their card machine DID work, but now you hire hoodrats to run your store too? Do you even read these reviews? If the manager is reading this, do something about your restaurant and find better employees. Or at the very least let people know card machines don't work. Very ghetto place you're running here...

    I went to the Drive-Thru window during my lunch and ordered a sandwich meal with a coffee and an old-fashioned plain donut with a 10 pack of timbits. The gentleman at the window took my payment and advised me to park ahead to wait for my order. 3 cars got their order, and I waited for nearly 10 minutes before I decided to get out of my car to check on my order. No one at the counter and I walk out to see a young man holding the timbits and coffee. I tell him I am missing my food and he apologizes that there are only two people working, to which I understand, so he goes back inside. A different young man walks out and hands me my sandwich but I'm still missing my old fashioned plain and he goes back in to get it. I still want to be undertanding of the situation. Despite the wait, I get my sandwich only to bite into crusty, smelly cheese and wilted lettuce. I'm sorry but that's unacceptable. This is my lunchtime and I already can't go to a different location. It's a huge inconvenience. And my coffee tasted terrible! It's a coffee shop 😮‍💨 Please consider advising customers of a wait time when placing an order if you are short staffed and advise your staff on food regulations. Thank you.

    Margie got Green Tea & Chili & a Bagel & I [ Ray ] got the Ham and Swiss sandwich & Medium Black Coffee. Just stopped in after riding Motorcycles 103 miles & going to bottom of Devils Hole in Niagara Falls. Nice Atmosphere here too. Great Staff. You must come and see for Yourself. Ray and Margie H.

    Thank you Tim Hortons! Today I went through the drive thru, the attendant was polite, the line was quick and the service and coffee was great. It looks like new staff or corporate staff until the place gets stabilized. Couldn’t be happier that I can regularly go to this place again. You listened, and earned my loyalty. I am a former Canadian so I am super proud. Old Review Service was never the greatest, but I think this place sold recently, and now it’s terrible. First they are really slow at the drive through - like you can wait 10 minutes or more with 2 cars in front of you. And the staff is just rude - like they are doing you a real favor. Hey, here’s an idea, smile! And lastly they often mess up your order. I hope the owner and Franchise reads this and take some action.

    Convenient location, very clean, and nice seating. There is a small but pretty buffalo statue by the drive through. If you are vising from out of the area and haven't been to a Tim Horton's, it is similar to Dunkin Donuts in the way that McDonalds is similar to Burger King.

    This is a great location. Perfect Iced Capp and Iced Coffee, made exactly how we wanted them. Perfectly toasted bagel and the right amount of cream cheese. Definitely one of the better locations in the area. Only complaint from me is feeling rushed at the drive thru microphone.. It's like they are asking for you to be done ordering instead of actually asking if you want anything else. I'd assume most people aren't done with their order after the first item.

    Zero stars. Woefully understaffed. The two or three souls they had working, (there should be twice as many) had clearly lost all hope, and were totally disinterested in attempting to perform their jobs in any efficient or meaningful manner. Line at the counter was blatantly ignored, likely because there was no one to work the counter, and everyone waiting eventually walked out without ordering. Congrats to Tim Ho's and your despondent staff, you brought a crowd of hungry people down to your level of dejection today.

    It's a ashame that their business is coffee and most of the time they don't make it right! I go here just about everyday and 2 out 5 times the coffee and food is decent. But too often it is not! On those days I have waisted $10 and throw my breakfast in the garbage.

    By far the best Tim Hortons in the city. I've been coming here for a long time. They are the only Tim Hortons to have never disappointed me. They make their drinks to absolutely perfection. Presentation and anything you could ever ask for. Great customer service aswell

    Always clean, drive-thru is usually slow, they never have what we want until the truck comes, depending on when you go to the drive-thru it can be slow, the employees seem not to care, they can't figure out how to make change and they usually get the orders wrong or forget something.

    So I came through the drive thru and Angelica was telling me about the review on here that was left by a fake account when I asked how she was doing. The review about Angelica is a total lie. She is always so nice to my family everytime we come. She goes out of her way to talk to us even when it's busy and always has a smile on her face. She's very friendly and it needs to be deleted. Please don't listen to this fake review and don't let it stop you from coming to this location and seeing her.
