My dentures are just a mess. Loose, and not user friendly. You folks at Aspen dental seem to have lost the impressions that were made to make my actual dentures, so I only have the temps. They don't work at all for chewing. They are just cosmetic. A set of $2100 decorations really. I'm not coming back another 10 times just to get another set of useless plastic. It's just not worth my time and I don't trust the process at all. I've learned to gum my food so don't stress yourselves.

Had my first appointment today and all I can say is wow! I have always hated the dentist office, but my husband recently was seen for an emergency root canal due to extreme pain at this location and I decided to make the switch after his great experience. All staff from beginning to end was kind, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I am so thankful to have made the switch to this office. They explained to me everything in detail that I had questions about and actually seemed interested in getting to know me as a person which was a wonderful feeling. They even gave recommendations of a pediatric dentist for our daughter! I absolutely recommend and will be telling all of my friends and family about my great experience here.

Ruth is the best dental hygienist I have had the pleasure of meeting. She's extremely kind and intentional with her work and takes patient comfort into strong consideration. Definitely my favorite!

I went to Aspen a few weeks ago with my chief complaint of Tooth pain. While Aspen doesn't accept my insurance, the first consultation and X-Rays are FREE and I needed to resolve my issue quickly. I was able to be scheduled the next day and made the 30 minute trip from Buffalo to Lockport. I checked in with reception who was very polite and friendly, assisting me with check-in and provided me a tablet to fill out my information. After my X-Rays with one of the Dental Assistants, I was examined by one Dentist and examined again by another Dentist. I was shown on screen where/what my teeth were in, what I needed done and the condition. I had neglected my oral hygiene for a few years and didn't feel any specific shame or embarassment with such a professional and friendly staff. I needed a cleaning, 4 Wisdom Tooth Extractions, 1 Crown Replacment and 1 Root Canal (Which I was referred to another Surgeon for) Amanda, the Office Manager communites quickly and effectively and is MORE THEN ACCOMODATING to work with people. She was very helpful and able to assist with my situation. UPDATE: 3 weeks into using Aspen Dental and have had no issues. All the staff are informed, professional and friendly. Though two dentists did have differing opinions on my teeth, it's whatever, they were different ages so its possible there's a wide gap of experience. So far so good, my final trip is for my Wisdom Tooth Extraction. Only important thing, DO NOT GET UPSET IF THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, while sitting there both the manager and receptionist have had numerous walk ins and inquiry phone calls. They can get sporadically busy.

Love the Lockport office...they are very kind, and efficient. It's clean and quiet and not a crazy atmosphere.

Called one day, in the next. I came in with a tooth that ended up needing a root canal. Having had 2 before by another Dentist, Dr Rashid was the best. She felt thoughtful and careful and listened to my story about one that went very wrong. She just said plainly, "no that's not happening here". She took her time and checked on me too. The entire staff has a calming affect and come off as very genuine in their environment. Even the deep cleaning, something I've never been able to handle with sensitive teeth, went very good. Best hygienist I've ever met. I highly recommend Lockport Aspen. If maybe not so much in the name...moreso all of the professionals that work here.

So friendly and helpful! As a new patient, they were able to get me in same day for a gum infection. Free x-rays, exam, and localized cleaning. Got me a prescription for antibiotics and a referral for a specialist. They aren't my regular dentist but I will be switching over after today. Very much appreciate them!

Each and every person I encountered today on my first visit was very friendly and professional. Really it was just a positive experience all around. The clear explanations and the time spent with me were not rushed but moved along nicely. Great first visit!

The best dental care I have ever received in my life. In general, the medical field regardless of specialty, has never sat me down, shown me my options and what it will cost prior to going forward with it. Not a money grab, genuinely concerned for the best interest of the patient. They showed me the x rays, talked me through them, explained them to me, and created a plan we agreed on. At which point I spoke with someone to discuss how much said plan would cost, and a couple options one being more expensive, the other being less. We agreed on course of treatment and I had the tooth extraction done the same day. MIND YOU THIS IS MY FIRST APPOINTMENT EVER WITH ASPEN. I made an emergency appointment only the day prior. I was treated like a life long patient, and better than I have ever been treated at my dentist that I’ve gone to since I was a kid. I STRONGLY recommended Aspen dental. Amazing service and really nice people.

The whole team was great! Super nice, very respectful and reasonable! The Dr. Was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly! If you want a great experience and start moving in the right direction! I highly recommend!

Absolutely unprofessional. I visited the office on Monday for my initial appointment, I visited on Tuesday to set up my appointment for the following Tuesday with my insurance information just to be told by “Tina” that they have to deal with the patients in the office and that I’d receive a call which I never got until I kept calling on Wednesday and Thursday just to be told that I won’t get a appointment until two weeks later. From a few days to now weeks away! Absolutely unprofessional!

Everyone is very helpful and up to date. I always feel very safe having my dental work done here!
