I
went
to
Aspen
a
few
weeks
ago
with
my
chief
complaint
of
Tooth
pain.
While
Aspen
doesn't
accept
my
insurance,
the
first
consultation
and
X-Rays
are
FREE
and
I
needed
to
resolve
my
issue
quickly.
I
was
able
to
be
scheduled
the
next
day
and
made
the
30
minute
trip
from
Buffalo
to
Lockport.
I
checked
in
with
reception
who
was
very
polite
and
friendly,
assisting
me
with
check-in
and
provided
me
a
tablet
to
fill
out
my
information.
After
my
X-Rays
with
one
of
the
Dental
Assistants,
I
was
examined
by
one
Dentist
and
examined
again
by
another
Dentist.
I
was
shown
on
screen
where/what
my
teeth
were
in,
what
I
needed
done
and
the
condition.
I
had
neglected
my
oral
hygiene
for
a
few
years
and
didn't
feel
any
specific
shame
or
embarassment
with
such
a
professional
and
friendly
staff.
I
needed
a
cleaning,
4
Wisdom
Tooth
Extractions,
1
Crown
Replacment
and
1
Root
Canal
(Which
I
was
referred
to
another
Surgeon
for)
Amanda,
the
Office
Manager
communites
quickly
and
effectively
and
is
MORE
THEN
ACCOMODATING
to
work
with
people.
She
was
very
helpful
and
able
to
assist
with
my
situation.
UPDATE:
3
weeks
into
using
Aspen
Dental
and
have
had
no
issues.
All
the
staff
are
informed,
professional
and
friendly.
Though
two
dentists
did
have
differing
opinions
on
my
teeth,
it's
whatever,
they
were
different
ages
so
its
possible
there's
a
wide
gap
of
experience.
So
far
so
good,
my
final
trip
is
for
my
Wisdom
Tooth
Extraction.
Only
important
thing,
DO
NOT
GET
UPSET
IF
THEY
DO
NOT
ANSWER
THE
PHONE,
while
sitting
there
both
the
manager
and
receptionist
have
had
numerous
walk
ins
and
inquiry
phone
calls.
They
can
get
sporadically
busy.
