Great Diet drink choices! I really appreciate this. It is hard to find diet with no caffeine at most fast food restaurants.

The first time I had Five Guys was in Florida in 2011. It blew me away!! Five Guys restaurants are always clean. Employees work as a team great together!! Their Double Bacon Cheeseburger is very tasty and packs a punch!!Fries are tasty too!!! Coca Cola flavor machine is super cool and unique!!! Five ⭐'s for Five Guys!!!

Shakes are AMAZING i got the salted caramel one. Soooo good. Its a little too thick, but it will melt and thin out so its fines. The guy calling out orders was very nice to me with my mobile pick up. In my order, i put i wanted extra of everything and they literally put it on the side and not in my burger (photo). I got a veggie sandwich; the buns were super soggy and gross and everything was falling out because the buns were so floppy. So the food was a little gross, but the shake made me happy. 3 stars for the friendly staff and amazing shake.

Love love love this place! The food is awesome as well as the customer service !Ive dined in and done take out. They have free peanuts 🥜 to eat while waiting. You will get a ton of fries and their real ones not frozen! You get so much that u could actually share a large The burgers r out of this world delicious!! The parking is awesome and the wait for the food no more than ten minutes.

Dined at Five Guys recently and I must say, their presentation and taste lived up to the expectations. The burger was generously stuffed and well-cooked, with the cheese melting just right. Their commendable attention to cleanliness is evident, with well-maintained seating areas and clear spaces. One minor detail, though, was the peanuts laid out on the table. While some might appreciate this traditional Five Guys touch, others with nut allergies should be cautious. Overall, for those looking for a hearty fast-food meal, Five Guys definitely does not disappoint. Will be back for more!

Okay, if you are an adult and you are semi-health conscious, this place might not be for you. My son loved it. The service was fantastic and pretty quick. The place was clean and inviting. Honestly it's a grease pit, but your kids will love the fact that they give very generous portions. (Lol... your arteries won't!!!)

Great burgers every time. Hit the spot for lunch yesterday. Never had the milkshakes before, but they were also great! Just the right consistency and you could taste the chocolate, my son had the oreo pieces one and that was good as well.

I like the fact that I can eat here and can get a hamburger or hot dog without a roll and the fries are gluten free. They always ask if I want a bowl and no bread because of allergy . I am glad to be coming here when I am wanting a burger. Staff is friendly.

Place was clean. The employees where nice. The food was extremely greasy. Had a bacon cheeseburger, small fries and a regular Sprite. The burger and fries was good but extremely greasy. After I ate the food, later had the worst, upset stomach ever. Pricy too. Will not be going back there.

Amazing hamburgers! Obviously, this is a burger place, but they also do hot dogs. The fries are the best in the business. Free peanuts too! All food is cooked to order, gluten and dairy allergies can be accommodated. Ory, if you're cutting carbs, you can get your burger lettuce wrapped. Toppings are fresh, always extra fries with your order.

I called to make a take out order and I was asked to "please hold". So that is what I did all the way to the poorly run store with an inept manager who puts his hand up to quiet me as I asked "I want the managers and owners name". At this point I was left on hold for 17 minutes and 39 seconds! And I was was "sorry, we aren't supposed to put people on hold". I then made my order again asking to speak to manager and I was told "I am one of the managers". And I stated " I would like the managers and owners names". And the "manager put his hand up waved me away and made my order. At the end of being disrespected by this manager I was asked "do you want some fries on the house". As much as we come here... UNACCEPTABLE & RUDE.

I would love to see them do some upgrades and keep this business going strong. Had dinner here for the first time recently. Chiped plates, dirty table clothes under clean ones. Food was great service was excellent. Ice cream pumpkin pie was awesome finish to a good meal.

I don't eat meat anymore, but when I did these burgers (in the U.S.A locations) where my go to, every time! I had the fries and my hubby and son had the burgers as always we were all really happy with our choice. The fries are so much better than Ontario's locations. Price was decent, food was great, service was even better.

Food is decent for people on keto,staff are super friendly and should be paid better. I don't know how much they are paid but when you burn yourself and can't take time off because you need money, it's not enough. These are the backbone of your company, if you were known for paying better you'd have happier employees which in turn makes happier customers

Food was great wait was a little long considering it was not busy at the time. Never had a bad meal from 5 guys.

The only reason why my husband and I ended up coming here is because the Chipotle at the other end was disgustingly dirty! I love in North Carolina and the difference between this 5 guys and the ones down south are not what I expected. The buns had seeds on it and they seemed very cold. The burgers were kind of dry as well, meaning they were over cooked. Soon entering the building we were greeted with over flowing trash cans outside and another trash can inside staged at the end of the potatoes that were attacked on the little table for daily use. We had a little bit of a time maneuvering around the trash can and tables to get to the order line. After placing our order we went to get our drinks only to find half of the drinks were out. We couldn't get the drink we wanted and we had to ask for condiments because they were also empty. We were not very pleased on our visit here.

Great restaurant, great food and such awesome staff. I arrived a little late for a door dash delivery after closing time and the staff despite having started cleaning were more than happy to let me in and cook my fries fresh. Thank you guys.

Wonderful food with friendly staff in a very nice environment. I normally don't eat burgers but i can for sure eat them from here! The free peanuts are a bonus as are the unlimited refills! Only complaint is when i went they were out of the soda i wanted in the machine.

Let me tell you. Five Guys in Niagara Falls is awesome. Most chain restaurants that open here fall apart after a few years, but not this place. Every time I place a mobile order, I go in, and they greet me like I am royalty. The service is excellent, the place is clean, and the food is perfect.Every Time.

Don't ever trust this location with timely pickups. Says it'll be ready at 3:14, actually get it at 3:40. Great food, terribly timely service.

Excellent burgers and fries. Every thing is cooked to order so you get it hot and fresh. The ice machine wasn't working and a lot of the pop flavors were out or I would have given a 5 star review. The employees are nice too so that's a plus!

Without doubt, hands down, no question...THE BEST PIZZA AND WINGS IN NIAGARA!!This review coming from a long time Sammy's Pizza fan for years!! We ordered pizza and wings tonight for a family birthday, and the food was phenomenal!! Fast delivery, friendly people and food was still hot. Sorry Sammy, but no more cross border take out for this house. We still like Sammy's, but this place....awesome!!! Thanks guys, it's been a long time coming to the Canadian side of Niagara!!
