They heard what I wanted (using a Harry Winston piece as inspiration, a new ring using my grandmother's sapphires), helped me understand what was possible, remained clear, communicative, and open to suggestion throughout the process, and delivered a spectacular result - within just a few months. Great shop. We got a wedding ring done here and Michael worked faster than we expected. At our first review of the piece, I won't lie, we were seriously worried about how the ring would look at the end, as Michael didn't seem to understand what we wanted. But when we came back to pick it up, it turns out our concerns were all wrong - he made it perfectly. I have high expectations of custom work, so my endorsement doesn't come easily. Support afterwards was easy as well, all reasonably needed touchup and modification work is included.

Designing and having my engagement ring made with such a lovely and caring couple as Michael and Issabella makes the whole experience feels just so enjoyable. Husband and wife Michael and Isabella were so helpful, honest, and warm throughout the process of designing our engagement ring, and with choosing our wedding bands as well. I first went in with a photo and a price-range. Michael looked at me like I had three heads and said “I can make this for half.” I felt immediately that I had come to the right place. Not only did Michael handcraft my dream ring, but Isabella was so receptive, responsive, and patient. There was zero judgement when I asked their opinion about a lab created diamond for the center stone and they never once tried to upsell us on a “natural” stone or anything else. Within a matter of days they had sourced a selection of lab created diamonds for me to hand-pick, and they kept me informed through every step of the process from casting to setting to polishing. And yes, I did end up spending about half my original budget - for a piece that is honestly so much nicer than what I originally had in mind. If you’re looking for impersonal service with cookie-cutter designs at inflated prices, by all means go somewhere else or order from an online retailer like I almost did. At Euro Design, Michael and Isabella will invite you into their family, and work *with* you to create heirloom pieces within your specified budget. I will never need to find a new jeweler as long as this family stays in business. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart!

The owners are a husband and wife team. Michael did beautiful custom work in resizing our wedding rings and matching the engravings from the original just perfectly. We couldn’t be happier. Price was very fair and they gave us a discount too. They are both very warm, accommodating and helpful. Super convenient location in Sherwood Plaza. Exquisite jewelry selection. I worked with Euro Design Jewelry to create my wife's custom engagement ring and wedding band and I must say they are amazing. They really made the effort to understand and craft the rings that I had envisioned in my head. During the design process they provided excellent suggestions on specifications based on their experience and knowledge with jewelry and gemstones, but always deferred to my preferences. We stopped in on a whim just to poke around and get ideas, but Isabella took one look at my engagement ring and already knew the perfect wedding band to match. I didn’t even ask to see any others. She walked my less-than-knowledgeable husband through the different possible features of a man’s wedding band, and steered him in the right direction without telling him what to do. It was exactly what he needed. We were so happy with the experience, that he also went back to pick out a necklace to give me as a wedding day gift. It was set with an amethyst stone, but knowing that I am a Leo, they replaced it with a Peridot as a courtesy, free of charge! It was such an amazing gesture. Euro Design is an absolute pleasure to do business with, and is a stress and obligation-free atmosphere. We are customers for life!!

Euro Design is my go to place when I want something extra special. Recently I had a Tanzanite and Diamond pendant made up for me. I am very pleased with my purchase. Michael is so talented and does beautiful work. Isabella is fabulous to work with and has such an eye for helping you pick out the perfect piece for you. She is so great to work with and is very honest. If anything ever need adjusting or fixing, they are always so helpful. So pleased with my purchase!

Euro Design made us 2 custom engagement rings and they are both works of art! They went above and beyond during the design process. For example: I wanted a specific stone for my fiancée's ring. They ordered two different stones for me to choose from, and then ORDERED ANOTHER (without me asking!!!!) because the first two weren't up to their standards. When showing me the stones, they walked me to different parts of the store to ensure I saw it in different lights. We even walked into the parking lot so I could see it in the sun!!! Their obvious passion for their work made me so confident throughout the entire process. p.s. Go in with your own ideas but let Isabella guide you, she knows what she is talking about!!
