The little big Italian sandwich was amazing! I changed the bagel to a chedder bagel but everything esle was perfect as it came. It was HUGE and I ate half for both lunch and again at dinner and heated up later it was just as good! I would absolutely order again! The restuarant was very clean, including the restrooms. The cashier was very nice and and gave several recommendations. --- I went again today for breakfast and had the black forest ham, egg, and cheese bagel and it was really good. The ham was a bit too salty but other than that very tasty and I would order again!

First the Bagels are very good, however the customer service is non existent. Twice now we purchased what were labeled Maple bacon Bagels from the bin only to find out when we got home that they were chocolate chip. We called to speak to the manager (Anson) about it he indicated to us that we should be able to know the difference between the two. When I asked him how I could tell the difference? He didn't answer so I stated that the only way for me to know is to read what is clearly marked on the bin as Maple Bacon he hung up on me. They have a really good business so I am sure they will not miss our business.

I love this place! Their bagels are delish and so is their in house made cream cheese! Boyfriend and I try to frequent this place as much as possible and are never disappointed.

My family loves bagels. We came with family on New Year’s Eve. It was packed. They weren’t toasting regular bagels because it was so busy. They need more toasters because toasted bagels are delicious. Fortunately their bagels tasted super fresh and delicious so my kids liked theirs even without them being toasted. My 5yo ate half of her cheddar bagel with cream cheese and my 7yo ate 3/4 of hers. I got the lox bagel and it was delicious. The tomatoes and red onions bumped it up a bit and made it with all the different textures, etc. My husband and his cousin both got the breakfast burrito and loved it. Wish there was one closer to us. Come to Knoxville!

The bagels are good. Definitely the best your going to get not being in New York. My only complaint is that they never have egg bagels. This is the best bagel. The only reason we don't get bagels here more often is because they never have egg. Such a shame.

Food is great, but the wait times are horrible. Consistently wait 20-30 minutes for a sandwich, regardless of how busy it is. They are out of ice in their soda machine EVERY visit and barely fill it up when it’s empty. Also, the local artist whose paintings are on the wall was in the store and walked up to our table and solicited her services if we wanted any art done. I’m not interested in a $700 painting while I’m trying to order lunch. Shocked that a 2nd location has opened downtown when the first can barely manage.

Delicious and fresh. We came on our way back to NC on highway 220 and are glad we did. They have a deli, homemade bagels & sandwiches. Local coffee and a comprehensive menu. There’s something for everyone. Prices are a little elevated but still good quality.

Very tasty bagels! I've been looking for a place that has good bagels and I finally found one. I was a little dubious about a sandwich with bagels but it was delicious and not hard to bite through. They were out of the jalapeno bacon bagel but I guess that's because they are so popular. The ice tea was great too! Definitely going back!

Isn't it wild how the taste, smell, and texture of food can be extraordinarily evocative, bringing back memories not just of eating food itself but also of place and setting? Bagels remind me of my dad and his stories of living in NY. Donnie D’s Bagels & Deli is delicious. The memories triggered were just icing on the cake. We will certainly be back.

Really great bagels, too bad I lose years of my life waiting for the simplest order. I've personally seen an 80 year old man in a new york bagel store serve 30 or 40 customers in the time it takes for donnie ds entire crew to get 4 orders out the door. An elderly man and a 14 year old kid have more hustle than this whole crew. Sad.

Nice spot! I enjoyed the food, the vibe and the service. I had the chicken salad sandwich and a toasted bagel w/ cream cheese. Everything was tasty! The chicken salad is made fresh and very good. I added extra mayo. They give bagel chips on the side and they were so delish! Even tho the bagel was just plain, it was just right. It was kinda far but worth the scenic drive and I will be back!
