I've had pimples intermittently throughout my life since elementary school. My skin texture is uneven, both dry and oily, bigger pores, congested. I've spent so much on products and treatment, had given up and been so lost. I decided to go in for a facial at Level Up Med Spa, not knowing which one to get. Erika, highly skilled with facials, recommended a treatment plan specifically for my skin: Microderm abrasion alternating with laser facial every 2 weeks. For the first time, I've felt like something is working! Mind you, I tried the same type of facial treatments at a different spa in the past with poor results. However, the facials I received from Erika are superb!!! After my first treatment, she personally reached out to me to check up on how my skin felt. It felt like my skin could breathe! So light! She had me send her photos of which products I am using and told me which ones to keep and what not, providing some guidance and education. She even wrote a skin care regime for me to take home! Erika is the best! So thorough and passionate in her work! I entrust my skin transformation to Erika and Level Up Med Spa. I am so excited!

Excellent experience at Level Up so far. I am working with Erika and getting IPL. She is extremely knowledgeable, fun, caring and supportive through the laser facial journey. She is making me feel so comfortable for an experience that is new to me. I am recommending her to everyone I encounter. I will be a lifetime customer!

Wow! What a spa!! Such a fabulous fantastic knowledgeable and kind staff! No pressure sales but when I did decide to use there services I was blown away with the results! I’m a new man. Erika gave me a new lease on life! No more love handles or acne girls are starting to pay attention to me it’s been a dream since going to level up! Thanks guys!

I finally made the decision to have my lips filled and called Level Up Med Spa. I honestly can’t say enough about Josh. I was very nervous when I went for my first consultation and had a million questions but Josh was amazing. He is extremely personable, patient, knowledgeable and discussed everything with me without added pressure to go through with the procedure. I am extremely happy with the results and wish I had so it sooner. I highly recommend Josh and will be back!

I always love the results from my Botox injections. Josh is a skilled and knowledgeable nurse injector. I had a lip flip done at my last treatment and it looks way better than I ever thought. I’m so confident in how Josh does Botox that I’ll never use anyone else! Would 10/10 recommend!

I’ve had a great experience at Level up Med Spa! I started with laser hair removal with Erika (who is great!) then I learned about injectables. Joshua has helped me TREMENDOUSLY with B12 injections and recently with a Natural Defense IV treatment when I was not feeling well. He is super friendly, knowledgeable, professional and patient with answering my questions. I look forward to going in to get my B12 “boost” and now after getting the Natural Defense IV treatment and feeling great just hours later, I totally trust Joshua with any future needs! Highly recommend!
