I love Lane and Associates Family Dentistry and I recommend it to everyone! The place itself is beautiful unlike most dentist offices, and the staff at the desk are always very nice. Cheyenne was so kind when she took my x rays and went out of her way to make me comfortable. Shannon the hygienist is great and always answers my questions. Dr White is super nice and Chandra was amazing. Everyone is friendly as well as professional. I left feeling happy after my cleaning today. I am so glad I found this practice when I moved here!!

My youngest son had his first appointment today and Lane and Associates. They were just as great as they were with my older son. Abby is awesome and made him feel comfortable through his cleaning. Dr G was very kid friendly as was the front desk employee Ms Karen. She greets us with a smile every time. Ciara was in and out, helping as needed and gave the same optimal service as the others. We love this office and would recommend to adults and children alike.

I recently had a procedure at Lane & Associates and was treated with such great care. Dr. Flynn and his assistant Chiquita was amazing. They explained step by step what was going to take place. Their attention to detail and care is amazing. A big thank you to the wonderful clerk Kimberly who was able to help me save over $600 for my procedure with a Veterans discount. I had a great experience with Lane and Associates. I would recommend to family and friends.

Many great experiences. I do not like getting dental work done as most do not. Specifically had to have a front tooth repaired and filled and was extremely nervous. However as always Briana, Maria and Diana answered any questions and were extremely nice and calm the entire time. This goes with all staff at this location I've delt with. Give these nice people your business if you live in the triad and have teeth ☺

From the front door to the procedure room exceptional service. Mrs. Karen( receptionist) super polite and patient. Sierra my assistant sweet and soft spoken, Jennifer my hygienist was great super informative, amazing job cleaning, and lastly Dr. G great bedside manners also very informative and personable. This was my first visit here and I will definitely return my new family dentistry!

I had an appointment to get 4 wisdom teeth removed. On 10/26/2023 at 11:00 AM I checked in and underwent anesthesia because I didn’t want to be up for the surgery. My post surgery experience was great the pain medication I was prescribed lasted for 11 days and after the 11th day I did not have anymore swelling or pain and my gums seemed to heal up good. I am able to incorporate more solid foods each day. The doctor and all the staff were fantastic. I would recommend their services to everyone.

Started coming here because of a change in insurance. Have only been here a few times but will not be coming back. Here are some of the issues I ran into. On my first visit, they took x-rays and then realized the x-ray machine wasn't talking to the computer so they needed to take x-rays again. I refused, not going to be subject to more radiation because they can't get their act together. Also, while troubleshooting the problem they opened up other patients files on the computer in plain sight of me, my HIPAA senses were going crazy!! On another visit they forgot about me after the hygienist saw me while waiting for the dentist to come in, after blowing through my lunch break I finally had to get up out of the chair and go to the front desk to flag down someone to finish my cleaning. Today I had an 11:30 appointment that I was there early for. From what I understand there was a power outage affecting part of the building so they had less places to work than normal. Someone came in after me who was also scheduled for an 11:30 appointment but when 11:30 came around they called them back, I was going to have to wait. This lack of respect for people's time is the primary reason I'm going to find another dentist in the area, or possibly go back to my old insurance so I can go back to my old dentist. The one good thing I would say about Lane & Associates is that I did like the dental hygienist I had the last couple times, she was efficient, nice and did a great job. However, I have to base my decision to leave on more than just a single person's performance.
