If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. I lived there for Al more 3 years. The pictures are falsified that are presented online. Since I moved in I’ve had painting and other work orders that was never completed. I was due for a renewal of lease and they were going to raise my rent to 3200$. I decided that I was going to be on top of the for everything that needed to be fixed/painted if my rent was going to raise. I then got a letter from them that they were not going to renew my lease and they wanted me to be moved out of the apartment in 45 days. And no my rent was never behind. It’s always dirty, it stinks as you walk in and out of the building, you have to walk through garbage juices to get to the car garage, the garage and the entrance floods and you can’t get into your care without getting your self wet, and staff and management has the worse attitude towards the tenants. They are only there for a check not to make sure tenants are given the before living experience while living there. The water isn’t good to cook with. It takes days for you to have clean water if they ever work on the water line. Foul smells would come from the pipes in the bathroom, would have the whole apartment smelling horrible. Most of the gym equipment is broken. The bowling alley is more expensive then the traditional bowling alley. The plug in the bathroom never worked and the work order was never completed. The pictures I included were taken the day I moved out. They never finished the apartment even with submitted work orders. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to consider living at this place.

Do not come to this place. They tell you one thing and it is not what it seems. Nothing works in here. It’s very dirty. The leasing staff rude. Even if you owe a dollar on rent they send you a letter to evict! Never seen anything like this. People are always moving in and out. Biggest mistake in my life!

No point in even coming in to tour the apartments. I showed up to my 2:45 tour appointment, waited outside of the welcome center for an hour, the staff for the welcome center showed up with 0 sense of urgency and without saying a word to us and 2 other groups also waiting. They walked in without even holding the door for us. We all sat down still without any word out of either staff workers mouths. We waited an extra 15 min before I stopped one of them (Lauren) to ask how much longer our wait for our tour was going to be. She said it will be about 30-45 minutes and I asked why and she said "technical issues." I asked to reschedule and she said yes but proceeded to walk around then fiddle with a key fob as slow as physically possible as I watched her until she made the rescheduled appointment. I then told her that next time she needs to let us know next time if its going to be 30-45 minutes late. This was a valid request and she told me that I can't tell her how to do her job and that if I continue trying to tell her how to do her job that she will call the cops. This is a nice place that has employees that are complete idiots. A monkey could have done Laurens job better than her. Consider firing Lauren and the other girl working there and get it together. I'm completely turned off by this place. Thanks a lot Lauren.

I wish I had listened to the reviews. We were in a time crunch and decided to rent here anyways.. big mistake. We were actually pretty lucky, inside our apartment there wasnt many issues. But it seems like evey other tenant we talk to have issues with their apartments that is not getting fixed in a timely manner. Leaks, etc..The halls ways always smell like garbage, there is a leak in the lobby often, the other residents do not clean up after themselves. Elevators and laundry units always broken. The pool is nice, but they lock all the doors into it on the weekend when there is no one in the office. So when your finally home from work and want to enjoy the pool, you cant because its locked. if you want to break the lease, you lose your deposits and have to pay a months rent as a fine for breaking the lease! Many people still break the lease!

Unfortunately, my experience with the leasing office at Residences at Bedford in Stamford, CT, has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I signed my lease, it's been a continuous source of stress and frustration. Communication is abysmal, with emails and calls often going unanswered for days, if at all. Maintenance requests seem to fall into a black hole, as the issues I've reported have taken an eternity to address, causing inconvenience and discomfort. The lack of urgency and accountability is astounding. Furthermore, the management's attitude towards tenants is dismissive and unprofessional. It's disheartening to feel like a mere number rather than a valued resident. The overall lack of empathy and consideration for tenant concerns is appalling. I sincerely hope that the Residences at Bedford management can take these criticisms to heart and improve their services for the sake of all their tenants' well-being. As it stands, I cannot recommend this leasing office to anyone looking for a peaceful and hassle-free living experience.

DO NOT LIVE HERE The apartments are filled with trash, bugs, mice, rats, and people urinating all over the property. I lived here for a year and they do not care about any problems that you have with either bathrooms apartments not working, lighting not working,Or doors not working. I had an issue where somebody was constantly urinating in the staircase that I needed to use. Once I confronted the office about it. They told me that the person had a disability, and basically was allowed to do that. after moving out, they said they have released my security deposit which I do deserve back, but they will not actually release it. The manager over there could care less about you if you live here. And all of their reviews that are positive are fake you can tell by the name and how the people only have one Review. I truly will feel sorry for you if you decide to end up living here

Absolutely awful building, do not move here!! I’ve lived here for a few years but the past 2 have forced me to leave. 1 working elevator for a large apartment building, half sized parking spaces, constant heat and hot water disruptions and the leasing office says they have no control over the maintenance. But the worst part is the cleanliness!! The management saves money by not cleaning the lobby or stairway and it shows. You put in a maintenance request and they mark it off as completed without ever doing any work whatsoever. The trash chute is routinely stuffed and forces residents to leave bags of trash in the hallway. Move somewhere else!!!

Going thru these review and Honestly I Cant believe people are Giving them 5 stars. i believe they create fake account abd give themself these rating. Please people do Not move here. I will be something you will regret. The building is Filthy the garbage touches the ceiling. There is Mice and Rats that goes thru the heating compartments. You cant Even order a package because they will steal it. You ask for Maintnace and they close your order marking it as Done. I have more than a year requesting my microwave to be fixed and nothing. I spent 2 months brushing our teeth in the bathtub because the sink was not working and nobody went to fix it, when we moved in they gave me a bathtub that had mold on in and they didnt want to change it because i didnt qualify for a new tub like WHAT.. until recent they changed it. They picture this building like the best thing ever and then boom you are hit with all the negative once you sign your lease. Dont let them fool you. There are better places out there for the same price.

Horrible place to live. The management is disgusting. I moved into an apartment with a fridge that had multiple dents in it. A dishwasher that was not secured in its place a shower that shrieks the whole time it is on. A garage door that was just fixed a parking lot that floods with angel deep rancid water. The stairs that lead to the downstairs garage also floods. People constantly smoking and drinking in the stairwells which are equally disgusting and dirty. Package room is raided by a thief everyday it has cameras but are obviously just for show. Parking spaces are so small you can not get out of your car the amenties are only open when and if managment are here you cannot access them anytime as promised when you are a shown the grounds. That's just to name a few things. Oh I have only been here for a few months this place is by far one of the worst.
