I’m a new patient and upon arrival, everyone just makes you feel so comfortable the receptionist aren’t robots they actual converse with you, s/o to the tall guy up front he’s cool. And the dental assistants are twice as amazing they aren’t robots, they do their jobs but still find time to comfort you and make sure they answer all questions. Long hours, weekend hours and very fast service… 10/10 hands down.

I recently became a new patient here and couldn’t recommend it enough! Dr. Zakkour made me feel comfortable and does great work in a timely manner. All the staff that I’ve come in contact with has always been kind and professional. Also, I love my hygienist, Susan, she takes her time with cleanings and is very friendly always!

I recently started having issues with my wisdom tooth. Upon looking online I ran across this office and to my surprise they got me in pretty quick. I went back on 10/21 to have my upper left wisdom tooth pulled while I was quite nervous the staff was super patient with me and assured me I wouldn’t feel any pain. The staff was very friendly and they answered all of my questions and I had MANY. I am scheduled to have my first cleaning at this office on 11/18 at that time I will leave another review based on that service. Overall this office is quick with getting you in and I couldn’t be happier with my extraction. I would definitely recommend!!

I’m very thankful for Thomson Drive Dental! 🦷 I had a dental emergency and they were able to squeeze me in AND offer treatment the same day! They were very understanding and helpful when it came to my dental anxiety. I’m looking forward to working with them to get my dental health back on track. Also this art on the wall gave me something else to focus on while waiting! I thought it was very warm and comforting! If you need dental care, give them a call!

It was easy to get a Saturday appt. They had to cancel my cleaning due to the lady being sick but they still were able to get my crack tooth check out and a temp crown in place till the permanent crown comes back in about 2 week. The whole staff was nice and welcoming. Update :went back for my permanent crown and the visit took about 30 mins. Very pleased

My mother has very limited eyesight and mobility so everything is a challenge. We haven't had to wait more than 10 minutes. Dr Zakkour and the staff are patient with her needs as well as knowledgeable and courteous.

my family has had a great experience at Thomson Drive Dental. Dr. Zakkour is caring, professional, and has always taken the time to answer all of my questions. He’s done both a root canal and extraction for me and both went smoothly and efficiently. My kids have enjoyed their visits and felt calm and comfortable. Hands down this office is simply amazing. I highly recommend them! From start to finish this office has you covered. They never miss a beat. The front dest staff is lovely. They are polite, helpful and knowledgable of various procedures to meet your dental needs. Scheduling an appointment is a breeze. They can usually give you an appointment right away, maybe 3 days at most. They actually booked my first appointment on the same day and they scheduled me in the very next day when I was experiencing excruciating pain due to a tooth infection. They never want you to be in pain! They want to help you and get you out of pain quickly. The staff here truly cares about patient care. They are incredibly organized and efficient. The best thing is that there is no wait time to be taken back; from my experience it's usually less than 2 minutes. The dental assistants will make you feel comfortable and relaxed prior to any procedure. They are thorough and keep you informed of all the details prior to your procedure. Best of all they listen to your concerns and will address them right away. As for the Dr. Zakkour, he is so sweet and easy to work with. He has an excellent bedside manner and works with his patients to compose a plan to receive the best care for your dental needs. From my experience, he always ask "What would you like to do?" with a big smile on this face. I always ask "What does he suggest?" because I trust and value his opinion. He usually gives me various options and explains the course of treatment and the outcome in a way that I can easily understand. I have had 1 root canal, dental exam/cleaning, and 1 filling. He guides his patient through the procedure with ease, I don't sweat about coming here because I know I will be taken care of. I don't even feel a thing during procedures; he has great finesse. He works quickly and efficiently. His work is beautiful and I love the results I am getting here. I love my smile now. Dr. Zakkour makes you feel well cared for you and always offers if I am having any problems to come back right away and he will make the adjustments as necessary. P.S. This is the cleanest office I have ever stepped foot into. = ) This is will be the best decision you will ever make.
